Development of bus parking and roads

Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismantling and stacking within 100 m lead In R.S Joists, Angles etc.

Dismantling plain cement concrete manually / by mechanical means carefully without damaging adjacent structures including disposal of debris within 200 m lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge

Dismantling roofing including ridges, valleys and gutter etc and stacking the material within 50 m lead

G.S Sheet / FRP Sheet / AC Sheet

From 0.00 to 1.50 m depth from average ground level

Lead charges for 1st 1 KM or part thereof, by mechanical transport including loading unloading, stacking / levelling etc.

Scarifying metalled (Water bound) road surface including disposal of rubbish lead up to 100 m and consolidation of the aggregate received from scarifying with power road roller of 8 to 10 T capacity complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Preparation and consolidation of sub-grade (Proof Rolling) with power roller of 8 to 10T capacity including excavating earth to an average thickness of 22.5 cms depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and rerolling the subgrade and disposal of surplus earth within a lead of 200 m

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting granular sub-base (GSB) material 300 mm thick (150 mm thick in each layer) compacted layer of crushed sand, murrum, gravel crushed stone and combination there of as per specification including spreading on the prepared sub grade, maintaining the required slope and grade and cross fall (camber) etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Compacted thickness only will be measured and paid for.)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting hand broken/ crushed stone aggregate, 250 mm thick Wet Mix Macadam including premixing of material with water in mixing plant for Wet Mix Macadam, carriage of mixed material by tipers to the site and laying material in uniform thickness and laying by mechanical paver including rolling with road roller 8.10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber spreading and brooming etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Compacted thickness only will be measured and paid for.)

Providing and Constructing 75 mm thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) Road surface including all materials, spreading 40 mm. stone layers metal 100% crusher broken metal with conical crusher plant, heating and spraying the bitumen of VG-30 Grade @ 2 Kg./Sq.m. spreading 12 mm. size chips compacting with three wheel statick roller having weight of 8 to10 MT. Complete , excluding the cost of applying tack coat. On existing bitumen surface.as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying , prime at the rate of 0.75 Kg/ Sq.m using mechanical / manual means.as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade 60/70 (VG 20) including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen mechanically / manually, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications On WBM / WMM @ 0.75 kg / sqm

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade 60/70 (VG 20) including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen mechanically / manually, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications On bituminous surface @ 0.50 kg /sqm

Providing laying bituminous macadam of thickness 50 to 75 mm as directed on prepared surface with specified graded crushed stone aggregate for profile corrective base / binder course including loading of aggregate with FE loader, hot mixing of stone aggregates and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material by tippers to paver and laying the mixed material with paver to the required level and grade and rolling with road rollers, as per specification to achieve the proper compaction but excluding the cost of primer / tack coat with bitumen of 60/70 grade (VG 20) @ 3.5% (percentage by weight of total mix)

Providing and laying dense bituminous concrete of thickness 25 to 40 mm as directed on prepared surface with specified graded stone aggregate for wearing course including loading of aggregate with FE loader and hot mixing of bitumen with filler and stone aggregate in hot mix plant transporting the mixed material by tippers to paver and laying the mixed material with mechanical paver finisher fitted with electronic sensing device to the required level and grade and rolling with road rollers, as per specification, to achieve proper compaction but excluding cost of primer / tack coat with bitumen of grade 60/70 (VG 20) @ 7% (percentage by weight of total mix)

Painting road surface marking with adequate no. of coat to give uniform finish with ready mixed marking paint on bituminous surface in white / yellow shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign material etc complete

New work with Three coats

Providing Structural steel work in M.S Pipes for Embedded Parts including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc. Including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Using materials produced by vendors as per Approved Vendor list of BARC using virgin materials.
