Removal and disposing of damaged RCC slab and disposing the debris with a head load lead of 300m away from the site and transporting the retrieved rods to stores to devolute the same as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all lead & labour charges etc., complete.
Providing RCC 1:2: 4 mix using 20mm & 12mmdowngraded metal including cost of all materials, all labour charges for finishing the top and sides of the slab, placing the slab in position, shuttering charges, curing, all lead & lift etc., complete but excluding cost of reinforcement.
Supplying, Fabricating and fixing in position of sted using M.S / RTS rods for pre cast slab including cost of materials, all labour charges, all leads & lifts etc., complete.
Attending rectification works in the existing steel stair case by providing additional stiffners to the platforms , welding the joints carefully including painting two coats with enamel paint approved quality & colour over one coat of red oxide primer as directed by the Engineer incharge at site including cost of all materials, welding charges, welding rods, brushes and hire charges of welding machine, lead, lift, etc., Complete
