Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not.exc. 1.5M wide & not exc 1.5M deep for laying of GI/CI pipe line & getting out including forming bottom surface complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer n.exc. 250 mm in any type of soil after the pipe laid & tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out old un-serviceable GI pipe including dismantling from branch of following sizes :-

Material and labour for construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 1.00x 1.00x 1.00mtr ( internal dimension) including Brick work in CM 1:6, 10mm plastering internally in cement mortor 1:4, PCC 1:2:4 100mm thick at bottom and 50mm thick at top as copling of valve pit, MS sheet cover of 3.0mm thick fixed with angle iron 35mmX35mmX5mm and 40mmX40mmX5mm at bottom for accomadating cover duly embaded in PCC coping with 25X3 mm FI lugs 300mm long, one on each side, 12mm dia MS handle made to shape incl two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling electric hollow shaft motor of capacity above 30 HP and upto 50 HP , 3 phase, 400/ 415 volts, 50 Hz of any make / typecarefully from foundation after disconnecting the electric connections from panel board manually or mechanically and transporting both way to work shop and back, installation, refixing, reconnecting at site where directed after necessary repairs carried out and testing complete all as specified & directed.

Assessing the repairs to be carried out to the hollow shaft motor of capacity above 30 HP upto 50 HP, 3 phase, 400/ 415 volts, 50 Hz of any size /shape and make. after dismantling and carrying out the neccessary repairs to motor by opening the electric motor carefully removing all burnt wire , cleaning the slots thoroughly and rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper wire of existing size including, PVC sleeve , insulation tape , mika paper, varnishing two coats, drying and reassembling the electric motor at site complete with testing for smooth running of the motor on full load for 08 hours continuously complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling and taking out carefully turbine pump set bowl assembly of any make, capacity upto 50000 GPH complete with out damaging any parts of the pump and setting a side in pump house for reuse after replacement of broken shaft , spider cover , coupling and sleeves complete all as directed Note :- Parts renewed shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of Schedule 'A'/BoQ at supplied only rates. Cost of labour for fixing of new parts shall be deemed to include in the rate quoted by tenderer.

Supply only Mild steel line shaft (bright) steel 25 to 32 mm dia 10 Ft long both ends threaded ( Make as per OEM ) complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only Shaft coupling / sleeve of high carbon steel for interlinking of size 25 mm to 32 mm dia line shaft. ( Make as per OEM ) complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only Gun metal bush for suction case of VT pump ( Make as per OEM ) complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only Cast iron guide spider heavy duty with rubber bush and check nut suitable for 25 to 32 mm dia line shaft of 150 mm bore pipe ( Make as per OEM ) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for replacement earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 25x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel surrounded with adequate quality of charcoal dust mixed with salt on all side of earth plate including complete earthwork PCC 1:2:4 chamber and RCC 1:2:4 cover all as shown in electrical plate No 5 and complete all as specified & directed. Note:- If desired earth resitance not found, earthing shall be redone by the copntractor at no extra cost to the department.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED Aviation obstruction red light medium intensity aviation lamp in single piece 230 Volt model BGAV 302 LED complete with fixing arrangement complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing lighting conductors with aluminium strip 25x3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof / down conductor above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing lighting conductors with galvanised iron strip 32x6mm with burried directly in ground complete with all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing lighting conductor test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25mm drilled and screws including 3 nos 8mm dia 25 mm long hex. Head screw complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing lighting conductor air termination , single pointed aluminium 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Submain wiring along with earth wire with the 2 x2.5 Sqmm + 1x 2.5 Sqmm for earth wire of FRLHS is PVC insulated copper conductor in and including PVC surface conduit , single core cable in surface in PVC conduit complete all as specified & directed.
