M&L for repairs to sunken floor slab with the following specifications:- (a) Demolition of PCC and taking out old brick bat fillihng and roughening surfaces of old concrete floor and wall by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. (b) PCC 1:2:4,type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate averaging 50mm thick as in sunken floor,with proper slope towards GI spout. The dia of GI Spuot pipe shall be 50mm Medium grade. The minimum length of Spout shall be 500mm and if any spout comes above chajja than the length of the spout shall be more than Chajja projection. Ends of Spout shall be tippered and any cutting through brick/ RCC structure shall be done by the Contractor rates are deemed to be included of this aspects. (c) providing 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement over bottom and vertical surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. (d) Damp proof course on horizontal / Vertical surfaces with preparation & applying one coat of self priming (33% dilution) and two coats of undiluted material @ 10.67 lts per 10 sqm of Make : smart care Damp proof of M/s asian paint or equivelent for water proofing compound. (e) Graded Brick bats filling under sunken floor. (f) PCC 1:3:6,type C-1,using 20mm graded stone aggregate 75mm thick, over brick bats filling as in subbase to receive tiles. Note:- (i) For payment purpose only floor area shall be measured. (ii) After Coating of Water proofing compound ponding test shall be carried out by filling the sunken surface with water for 72 Hrs and get approved by Engr-in-Charge if any leakage/ seepage noticed the Contractor will re do the whole process without any extra payment.

All as item No. 05 but area not exc 0.36 Sqm as in Kitchen for trap portion. The trap shall be paid extra under respective item.

Taking down steel tubing of 15 mm dia bore and connections from walls and cellings or laid in floor including cleaning for refixing in same position (walls , ceiling, floors etc).

All as item No. 07 but 20 mm bore.

Supplying and laying of 20mm dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified. Note : The rate includes for chase cutting of Concealed for all the pipes shall be got tested before providing by Pressure testing machine and got approved and any leakage seepage observed , the conctractor shall redo the same without any extra payment.Make:-Durton/Ashirvad/Finolex

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises Note:-Contractor will dismantle the tiles carefully without damage the structure below the wall tiles.If backing is dismantled the Contractor shall make good.The rate shall be deemed to be included in quoted items,nothing shall be paid extra.

M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300 mm x450 mm & 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces of colour patteren as approved and as per manufacturers catalouge such as skirting, dados etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer/ backing coat in CM 1:4 complete and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note : Skirting shall be provided to match with colour and size of floor tiles provided in rooms.

S&F Supply and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. Note : Grinate shall be best quality and shall be provided in one piece and of width minimum 70mm in jambs except of cooking platform whicl shall be of full width as per site including full moulding of exposed edges with polishing. The back surface of granite shall be made rough by sprinkeling small pebbles using adehesive for bonding with bedding layer.
