Location : 255 Transit Camp Block = 02 Nos lifts Capacity : 08 Passenger lift

Note for item No 1 to 4 : - (i) The comprehensive maintenance (Platinum Agreement for M/s TKE India Pvt Ltd (Formerly known as M/s ThyssenKrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd), Gold Agreement for M/s Schindler India Pvt Ltd and Gold Agreement for M/s OTIS Elevator Company (India) Ltd shall be done through respective OEM of existing lift make M/s TKE India Pvt Ltd (Formerly known as M/s ThyssenKrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd), M/s Schindler India Pvt Ltd and M/s OTIS Elevator Company India Ltd. (ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU on stamp paper of RS 100/- duly notarized, as per specified Performa given on Page No --- to ------ from respective OEM of existing lifts i.e. M/s TKE India Pvt Ltd (Formerly known as M/s ThyssenKrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd), M/s Schindler India Pvt Ltd and M/s OTIS Elevator Company (India) Ltd within twenty eight days from date of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action to be taken as per policy in vogue of the contractors default.

(iii) Contractor will conclude with OEM and copy of the agreement alongwith Tax invoice copy will be submitted to Engr-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement. (iv) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/lift.

(v) The scope of work comprises of repair replacement of machines, motors, generators, door ropes, inverter/ARD system, controller parts, PCBs, belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chock brake shoes, liners, contactors, relays, coils, push buttons, door operator VVF drive, VVVF main drive, car door safety device limit switches, governor, hoistway door locks, cabin fan, indicators and other minor mechanical spare parts. The cost of above material are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. (vi) The materials like replacement of car cabin, ceiling frames, panels, fixtures, hoist way door panels, door frames, sills, car flooring, floor covering, lighting fixtures, ceiling light, bulb and tubes, main line power switches, breakers, feeders to controller, hoistway wiring, hydraulic jack outer casing, buried piping, alignment of elevator guide rails, smoke and fire sensors, communication devices, security systems, landing doors, sheave rim, hoist rope etc are not included in the quoted rate.

(vii) Contractor to note that monthly service will not be paid for the building undergoing special repairs/ un-occupied buildings and no penalty shall be imposed upon contractor or all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (viii) Contractor will prominently display his contact/mobile number and OEM contacts number inside and outside the lift on each lift for call in emergency.

(ix) All existing earthing of the lifts shall be maintained and made fully functional by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge. (xi) Contractor need to submit the following certificate :- (a) Monthly Safety Security certificate of lifts from OEM and performa mentioned in Particular Specification. (xiii) Retrieved items will be the property of OEM. (xiv) The OEM will also detail one technician staff to inspect the lift every week regarding the lift. The problem noticed if any to be informed immediately to JE E/M /Engr-in-Charge. In case no technician detailed Rs 500/- per week per lift will be deducted from the contractors dues. Technician should always carry service tools during site visit in every week.

SECTION-II Supply and fixing of complete pit pully assembly made of cast iron suitable for 08 passenger lifts of OTIS make including taking down and testing on load complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- As per OEM recommendation.

Taking down and supply & fixing in replacement of Over Speed Governor assembly 1.00 mps including OSG unit,pit pulley, auto limit switches etc complete set for 08 passenger lift of make OTIS complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- As per OEM recommendation.

Supply, installation,commissioning & testing of full SS Cabin Operated Panel (COP) with Gien braile type car operating buttons with coloured LCD display, push box along with all connected accessories complete suitable for 08 Passenger lifts of OTIS make including taking down complete all as specified and directed. Make:- As per OEM recommendation.

Supply, installation,commissioning & testing of full Landing Operating Panel (LOP) with latest Gien Braille Type Hall push button along with all connected accessories completely suitable for 08 Passenger lift of OTIS make including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for removal of dust, stains, marks, scratches on the stainless steel surface of car cabin including ceiling and carry out the scrubbing, polishing & buffing of stainless steel surface with help of stainless steel polish liquid and buffing tool to give the glossy and clean finish to lift cabins surfaces of 08 passenger lift complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removal of dust, stains, marks, scratches on the stainless steel surface of car door/ landing door of 08/13 passenger lift including stainless steel facia and carry out scrubbing, polishing & buffing of stainless steel surface with help of polish liquid and buffing tool to give the glossy and clean finish to doors & facia surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of emergency calling gateway to call programmed emergency number complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
