Building (21 ft x 21 ft x 14 ft). Structure and construction. (i) Excavation in trenches not exc, 1.5m in depth for foundation etc not exc 20 sqm on plan in hard/dense soil and getting out in soft soil.

(ii) Returning filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick in any type of soil all as specified and directed.

(iii) Removal of excavated soil to location where directed.

(iv) Cement concrete M-10 (Normal mix) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

(v) RCC M-25 design mix as in fdn, including raft, follingfdn beams, bases for columns and mass concrete.

(vi) TMT bars (Fe 500) , 10mm dia and over in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required incl bending spirally cranking hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, all as specified and directed

(vii) TMT bars (Fe 500), 5mm dia and over up to incl 10mm dia stirrups bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mid sleets wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

(viii) Brick work with old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 100kg/sqm straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius with old size.

(ix) Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces brick surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete, all as specified and directed.

(x) Appling two coats of cement based paint over one coat of primer on concrete of newly plastered surfaces incl preparing new plastered surfaces to incl white paint inside and pink outside bldg on all four walls.

(xi) M&L for two coats of oil bound distempering over one coat of primer and one layer of putty including preparation of new plastered surfaces all as specified and directed.

(xii) False ceiling complete (21 ft x 21 ft). Complete area with Gypsum bds (2 ft x 2 ft).

(xiii) Pre-painted Galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any color having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed self-tapping screws as specified.

(xiv) M&L of MS work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete fabrication, supply and installation of frame for roof sheets as per drawing, using ERW or induction bolt welded tubes confirming to IS-1239.

(xv) Cutting and opening of existing wall as openings. Cutting of existing wall at two places (7’ x 5’) as openings to extended space by providing strengthening beams as per diagram.

(xvi) 06 x UPVC Windows in 8mm toughened glass with size (5 ft x 2 ft) fitted on walls (02 x windows per wall) as per drawings.

(xvii) Floor tiling complete (21 ft x 21 ft) in mat finish ceramic tiles size (2 ft x 2 ft).

(xviii) Fire Sprinklers. Qty 04 x automated fire sprinkler, connections& integration with existing system.

Electric work. (i) Wiring and elect work. Complete concealed internal wiring with switch boards and 3 phase MCB Box as per electric diagram. Power cable 3 core 6MM copper wire to be used for AC and water drain outlet to be placed outside the building.

(ii) Ceiling lights (21 ft x 21 ft). Qty 06 x Ceiling fitted mount 2’ x 2’ LED lights with wiring and installation.

(iii) Wall fan. Qty 04 x Wall mount fan with fitting and fixtures (Branded).

(iv) AC. Qty 02 x Split AC 2 Ton with Stand with in build stabilizer wiring and assembly required to be installed including shifting of one existing AC to other wall.

Electronic work. (i) CCTV Cameras. Qty 06 x Camera x 4.0 MP indoor/outdoor dome camera and 01 x 16 Channel DVR with 8 port switches and integration with existing CCTV set up.

(ii) Music Sys. Qty 04 x 10 Watt ceiling fitted Speakers with wiring, fitting & fixtures. Integration with existing music system set up.

Misc items. (i) Iron racks. Qty 04 x Iron rack (Size 6’ x 6’) with three shelf Galvanized and color coated.

(ii) Store Cart. Qty 02 x Store carts with capacity to carry 100 kgs.
