M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description n. otherwise discribed over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat on old surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7-8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floor etc set and jointed neat cement slurry and pointed in white in coloured cement to match over incl 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 over including finishing even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick dark shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 over complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Glazed ceramic white tiles 300x200x7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and rises to steps etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match pattern and shade increndering cement plaster, 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 300x 450 x 7mm thick,on vertical wall surface, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces inc rendering cement plaster, 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

The size of rail and stile as per IS: 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
