Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level and above plinth level :-Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

FORM WORK Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Frames and trusses Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): Second Class kail Wood

Providing and fixing fly proof wire gauge to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions all complete. With stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with wire of dia 0.50 mm. With 12 mm aluminium beading complete job.

Providing and fixing aluminum hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete : Twin rubber stopper

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.28 liter/10sqm) over and including base coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm

Dismantling W.C. Pan of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials i/c malba all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete (Anti skid) of size 600 x 600 mm

Providing and fixing factory made flush door shutters 30 mm thick made of pre-laminated flat pressed three layer particle board conforming to IS: 12823 exterior grade (Grade I Type II) having one side decorative lamination of approved shade and other side balancing lamination including second class teak wood lipping of 25mm widex12mm thick with necessary screws and black enameled M.S. butt hinges complete as per directions of Engineer- in-charge

Providing and applying a liquid-applied, fiber-reinforced, elastomeric waterproofing membrane on the roof(Smartcare damp Proof of Asian paint). The process includes: > * Surface Preparation: Cleaning the surface of all dust, loose particles, and grease using a wire brush and high-pressure water jet. > * Crack Filling: Identifying and filling cracks up to 3mm using specialized crack-fill material (e.g., SmartCare Crack Seal). > * Primer Coat: Applying a self-priming coat (SmartCare Damp Proof diluted with water in a 3:1 ratio) with a coverage of roughly 40–50 sq.ft per litre. > * Main Coats: Applying two undiluted coats of fiber-reinforced elastomeric liquid membrane (Asian Paints SmartCare Damp Proof) at a forced coverage of 10 sq.ft per litre for the complete system. > * Application Method: Applying the second coat perpendicular to the first coat after a drying interval of 4–6 hours.
