Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old and unserviceable sub main wiring and removing from the site and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring concealed type with 1.5 sq mm Nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volt grade, multi stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dollywith suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC Concealed conduit of 20mm dia or higher, medium grade complete with and including all PVC conduit accessories and modular metal flush box,modular white cover plate with frame, blanking plate etc suitable for upto required module etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces to match the existing for one light / bell / fan point controlled by one, one way switch 06 Amp, complete all as specified and as directed.
