Taking down existing unserviceable MCB DB/TPN along with MCBS complete by disconnecting all as directedby Engineer in Charge.

Taking down existing unserviceable T/Light fitting any type & Capacity

Taking down existing unserviceable sub main wiring with upto 2X6Sqmm aluminum/Copper cable all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core, PVC insulated unsheathed, FRLS cable, 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor, drawn through and including rigid non-metallic PVC conduit and conduit accessories fixed on surface of wall/ceilings or concealed etc., including provision of PVC insulated 1.5 Sqmm FRLS cable copper conductor for earth continuity and connected to common earth dolly connected including necessary MS terminal box with 3mm thicknes plastic laminated sheet cover of required size for the One light point controlled by one, one way 5 Amps switch, housing the switches, socket outlet etc. all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width incl cutting of road/path and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including removing cable protection PCC covers/ bricks & stacking serviceable covers / bricks for reuse and disposal of unserviceable covers within 50 m all as directed. Note : (i) Excavation shall be made carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables and protection covers.(ii) The excavation work may be carried out in short lengths for locating fault in under ground cables at different locations.

Returning, filling in (soils) including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated spoil (Soils) not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry find sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches/ducts for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying of class B bricks for under ground cable protection as directed by Engineer- in - charge

Taking down of LT XLPE/ PVC UG cable 1100 V grade, 3.5 core/4 core of size upto 240 Sqmm from the trenches for finding out the fault and relaying the serviceable cable after Repairs in the same trenches complete all as directed by Engineer - in charge . Note1 : - Excavation,RFR,Sand, Brick, cable jointing kits will be measured and paid seperately under the respective items. Note 2:- Replacing the damaged cable with New XLPE, LT UG Cablesof size 3.5 Core 16Sqmm to 120 Sqmm shall be measured and paid seperately under the respective items of the schedule as Supply only.

Testing of earth resistance with an earth megger after disconnecting the same from the equipment in presence of MES rep for all electrical equipments such as Transformers, HT/LT Panels, Two pole/4 pole structure, GOD, LA, Pump house Panels, Gen Set etc and writing earth resistance resuit on the earth cover with black or paint and in a separate earth test register including connecting the same after testing complete all as directed.

Supplying and fixing earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 32mmX6mm, GI strip/earthlead, laid in pipe/fixed on walls or any other position including jointing by GI nuts, bolt and washer atevery joint complete all as specified & directed.
