Preventive Maintenance and Servicing of Servo Voltage Stabilizer, Oil Cooled & Indoor type of Capacity 400 to 630 KVA, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC Supply by disconnecting carefully its electric cable connection on primary & secondary side, Checking both side bushing, bus bar connections, opening top cover of the Voltage Stabilizer by unscrewing its nuts, bolts, washers etc, rectify the oil leakages issues, if noticed any, during servicing and re-fixing the top cover of voltage stabilizer according to previous system. Servicing of the Servo Voltage Stabilizer must be done through OEM or authorised personnel including maintaining and submitting the inspection and testing records of each Servo Voltage Stabilizer to the Engr-in-Charge. Note 1. :- Inspection of Servo Voltage Stabilizer shall involve :- (a) Checking of all clamps, nuts, bolts including core bolts & cover fixing bolts etc. (b) Checking all brazings, joints, tap heads, gaskets and connection joints etc. (c) Checking all terminations / connections inside Voltage Stabilizer. (d) Checking moving and fixed contacts for contact wear and connection to winding etc. (e) Conducting the test on dimmer/windings as per relavent IS like, short circuit, IR Value and Voltage regulation test etc. in presence of Engr-in-Charge. Note 2. : The rates quoted against the item is deemed to be included for cost of Labour for lifting/transporting to civil workshop and vice-versa, if required as per site requirement without any extra cost to the department.

M & L Attending emergent complaints for identification of fault in Air conditioners any type, water cooler any type, Refrigerator, Deepfreezer including carrying out minor repairs/ replacing of burent wires, connecters etc as required to make the system in order/ functional complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate of spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. as supply & fixing in cost.
