M&L in repair wall panelling fabricated out of 18mm thick (IS:303 BWR/BWP grade) commercial ply board, fixed to wall as per design and wall panelling with 4mm thick teak wood face veneer ply, design approved by Engr-in-Charge including 25X25 mm teak wood beading at edges and corners of matching lots with 6mm grove between panel as per the existing design, including preparation of surface and polishing the same of approved shade and colour, inclusive of 3 coats of melamine polish complete to proper line, level, and plumb as per instruction and approval complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cleaning inside surface of supply ducts of HVAC system carefully by using high power vacuum, air compressor, robotic camera, air hammer, special nozzles, air sweep with other required accessories to make the surface completely free of mill scale, dirt , dust and any other foreign particles by taking special care and submitting inspection report of dust before and after cleaning of ducts using colour video inspection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, assembling and errection in repair C & SS rectangular/square duct made out of 20 gauge GI sheet `L' shaped hollow profile, duty factory boxed, including all accessories such as corner, cleat, carriage bolt, gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints including 8mm galvanised iron suspended rod and fastener, nut, bolt, washer etc complete of size required or as directed by Engineer in Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes for item Nos 23.00 to 26.00:-

The entire work shall be carried out at various floor in multi-storey building by OEM (M/s TRANE) or his authorised dealer only. MOU/Authorisation Letter from OEM (M/s TRANE) shall be submitted/uploaded by the bidder along with technical bid.

Duct cleaning shall be carried into various stages depending on the nature of the work involved. All area of the duct shall be decontaminated including the plenum and other far most areas.

The duct shall be decontaminated using a robot that performs the inspection of the duct as well as the decontamination process using compressed air. It agitates the dust using highly flexible whip, which shall be attached on top of the robot and shall be connected to the compressed air line/Air Compressor. The agitated dust shall then be collected by a Vacuum Chamber, which sucks the agitated dust from one end of the duct.

The contractor shall not use any chemical to apply in the duct. It shall be purely dry cleaning and shall involve non-toxic and environment friendly method of cleaning.

Vacuum Chamber shall be with a capacity of generating 5000 CFM of negative air pressure and capable of collecting 99.9% of the dust.

The diffusers and grills present in the duct work shall be thoroughly air washed without its removal.

All the equipment’s shall be adequately protected and covered by the contractor. The floor shall be cleaned from the dust accumulated during the work by the contractor.

NAD certification shall be submitted by the contractor/OEM before execution of work.

An edited video consisting of the initial inspection and after work completion shall be submitted by the Contractor/OEM to the client along with the report.

UV sterilisation of duct is mandatory along with cleaning and shall be done by the OEM through contractor. The quoted rates shall be inclusive of UV Sterilisation of Duct and nothing extra shall be admissible to contractor on this Account.

The non-hazardous dust/debris collected shall be disposed by the contractor at approved location without any extra cost to deptt. or packed and returned to the department/User, if Department/user requires it for further testing/analysis.

Hazardous dust/debris collected shall be packed according to the directions from the customer and returned to the customer for disposal.

Exact quantity of Duct shall be measured and paid as per actual measurement at site.

The work shall be carried out during day/night on working day, Sunday or holiday as per site available by the user.

OEM (M/s Trane) Through contractor shall submit the schedule for duct cleaning to Engineer In Charge in writing prior commencement of work on ground for necessary permission by the user.
