Earthwork in foundation in dry ordinary soilincluding lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 30m including backfilling watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the structure and sides of foundation trenches with removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by engineer in charge upto distance of 30m from the foundation trenches for other structure.

Providing concrete for plain concrete M 10 grade in foundations including cost of finishing and excluding reinforcement in 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20-40 mm nominal size) mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing complete, including overhead charges & Contractors profit with supply of material T&P etc complete but excluding GST.

Providing concrete for Reinforced cement concrete M25 grade in foundations including cost of finishing etc and excluding reinforcement in 1:1: 2(1 cement : 1 coarse sand : 2 graded stone aggregate 10-20 mm nominal size) mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing complete including overhead charges & Contractors profit with supply of material T&P etc complete but excluding GST.

Centering and shuttering in concrete work foundation including line and levelling etc to required level with properly fixing and sealing the end with all cost of labour material etc

Supplying,cutting binding and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications , for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded ,including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding GST.

Brick work in 1:4cement mortar up to 3M lift & 60 M lead of materials. Including cost of labour,material,T&P etc complete.

Plastering in 1:3 cement mortar on brick masonry including all cost of labour,material T&P etc complete.

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm. layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to the required levels and slopes and also including 1.50m lift and 30m leads as directed by Engineer- in-Charge

Earth work in in ordinary soil for bundha removal including lift up to 1.5 M and lead up to 30M including ramming and dressing by manual labour. The earth from clearance to be used in side embankment or to be disposed off at spoil banks or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with putty and (Two coats) with exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undacorated wall surface to give even shade @ 1.25 Ltr/10sqm including one coat of primer applied @ 0.75Ltr/10sqm curing, cost of all materials, labours, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
