Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth, and scaffolding etc complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth, and scaffolding etc complete.

Providing and applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface, and scaffolding etc complete.

Providing and applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on iron/steel works, and scaffolding etc complete.- With one or more coats on old work

Disposal of building rubbish/malba /similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.(per lot up to 700 kg)
