Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of valve pit brick masionary pit of size 120x120 x 120cm (Internal Dimension) with earth work any type of soil, PCC M-10 type C-2 as in foundation, brick work in cement mortar1:4, 15mm thick plaster in CM1:4 internally and externally flush pointed in same mortar as work proceeds, Flooring shall be 40mm thick PCC M-15(Nomonal mix) laid over 75mm thick hard core. Top cover shall be made out of MS sheet 3.00mm thick fixed in angleiron frame made out of angle iron size-40X40X6mm with two number of hinges on one side and locking arrangement at other side complete including painting with two coats of syntheticenamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Filling sump with water for testing purpose complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of antifungus paint on plaster surface internal wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement. complete all as specified and directed.
