Providing and fixing all sanitary fittings, 1 Toilet and Kittchen : cistern in toilet ,C.P. long nose bib cock 4 no, 1 no ball walve , CP grating,wash basins 1no with pillar cock, with complete fittings and p.v.c waste pipe of 75mm and 110 mm dia and cpvc pipes of 15mm,20mm & 25mm dia( finolex/supreme/astral or any equivalent brand) fittings , 3 no angle walve with pvc connections . all fittings from water tank to toilets / Kitchen with complete job etc. all of approved brand (hindware/cera/ or equivalent make for sanitary ).The contractor has to make the arrangement functional before billing including external supply connection with GI Pipe to make water supply functional complete Job as per Engineer Incharge

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank size)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in charge: 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns

CAST-IN-SITU Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. S

Painting of doors and windows with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades.
