Dismantling the Old 10 MGD damaged old pump and motor by cutting old worn out nut bolts with the help of gas cutter from the foundation and remove the coupling with the help of heavy manuual labour, tools and tackles i/c operation of valves both side.

Removing of suction and delivery side old reducer/ gap piece by cutting old worn out nut bolt with the help of gas cutter and heavy manuual labour, tools and tackles and fixing the blank flange 600mm dia. both side at valves.

Dismantling the motor from the MS base frame by cutting of old worn out nut bolts with the help of gas cutter & removing the cable connection of motor.

Supply of horizontal split case bare pump shall comprise of impeller (LG2), Neck ring (BB), shaft & sleeve ( SS-410), Casing ( CI) with suitable bearing in fitted conditions, rest of other parts a per standard of following duties:-Head 40 Mtr,Discharge 1815 m3/hr,Efficiency 85%,RPM 980 & ,Suction /delivery : 500 x 400mm (Suitable for existing 270KW( Frame TR6) slipring motor 983 rpm. Make: M&P/KBL/DJB approved make

Fabrication and supply of old reducer of size 600 x 500mm by cutting , welding, grinding of MS pipe and welded the flanged on both side and grinded the surface on suction side.

Fabrication and supply of expander of size 600 x 400mm by cutting, welding, grinding of pipe and welded the flanged on both side and grinded the surface on delivery side.

Dismantling of old MS Channel from the RCC foundation with the help of gas cutter with heavy manual labour.

Strengthening of M.S. Base frame of size 2.40 Mtr X 1.0 Mtr by MS C-Channel Size 150X75mm 8.8 mtr and MS Flat Bar for load 150X12mm and for support 65X10mm. Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, welding, painting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) one by one. Size 2.5X1.5 mtrX 2 nos. = 7.5 mtr DJB DSR Civil (Item No. 4.1.3)

Making key of coupling as per size requirement & Boring New Tyre coupling as per shaft size of motor and pump and fixing at the shaft of motor and pump tighten with the key.

Installation of new pump(provided by deptt.) & existing motor on MS channel base frame with proper alignment by the help of nut bolts and rubber packing sheet i/c welding, grinding & cutting works with the help of manuual heavy labour, tolls and tackles.

fixing the gap piece both side of pump and couple with valves with the help of Nut bolts and rubber packing sheet.

Coupling the motor and pump by tyre coupling and alignment the complete pump set and tighten the nut bolt at MS base frame and painted with black enamel paint with red oxide coat on the MS structure of base fame and gap piece both side.

Making cable connection of motor with the Panel and starter cables with work of removing the old damaged thimble by cutting old cable end termination and making new termination by crimping of new aluminum thimble of both cable end.

Testing and commissioning of Pump set on Load in the presence of Engineer in charge.
