S&F in repair galvanised chain link fencing with 4 mm dia of wire made up into matresses with mesh of size 100mm x 100 mm and fixed with flat iron complete all as specified and directed (Note: Flat iron shall be measured and paid separately)
S&F for mild steel flat iron as in fencing work including necessary drilling holes and welding completes conforming to Fe. 410-0 or Fe. 310-0 all as specified and directed.
M&L for preperation of old steel surface and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified .
M&L Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.
M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub floors, sub bases etc all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified .
SCHEDULE 'A' SECTION-II (E&M PORTION)
Taking down existing unserviceable broken/damage air terminal single pointed aluminum rod 12 mm dia 300 mm long all as directed by EIC
Taking down existing damage/unserviceable GI/Aluminium/Copper strip of any size with saddles and wooden supports, screw etc as directed by EIC
Taking down existing damage/unserviceable broken/damage test point terminals, block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25 mm removing from site as required and directed by EIC
Taking down existing, GI earth continuity conductor of any size from wall on batten or recess or chases or drawn in conduit/pipe or fix to pole or any other indicated situation as directed by EIC.
Dismantling and refixing in repair existing aluminium strip of size 25 mm x 3.00 mm after straighetning the same as required with GI saddles with wooden supports and fixing screws etc for roof and down conductor all as specified and as directed by EIC.
M & L earthing complete with using copper plate 60×60cm ×3.15mm thick electrode and 20×3.15 mm copper strip as earthing lead barried directly in ground (Earth fit not less then 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtrs below the normal ground level connected to copper earth strip 32 mm x 6/20x3.15 mm thick earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of copper metal all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing point all as specified and directed by EIC. Note:- (i) The unit rate also include for excavation and earth work, PCC, pit, shaped with watering pipe, wire mess , copper lugs, copper strip and protection pipe up to 7.5 mtrs long, RCC cover slab for earth chamber all as specified (ii) copper strip and protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately beyond 7.5 Mtrs long.
Supply & fixing of Copper strip 20 x 3.0mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors fixed to wall on insulators/batten or recess or chases or drawn in conduit/pipe or fix to poles or with saddles with wooden supported and fixing screw ect along walls all as specified and directed by EIC Note: Nuts/bolts/washers, insultators and connected accessories for continuity conductor for lightning is deemed to be include in quoted rates.
Supply & fixing of Copper strip 32 x 6 mm for ground/wall conductors fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or drawn in conduit/pipe or fix to poles or with saddles with wooden supported and fixing screw etc. along walls all as specified and directed by EIC Note: Nuts/bolts/washers, insultators and connected accessories for continuity conductor for lightning is deemed to be include in quoted rates.
Supply and fix Test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75 mm x 75 mm x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 03 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
Supply & fixing of air termination single pointed copper rod of 12 mm dia of 300 mm long connecting to condutors including provision of copper spike ball fixed over the termination rod all as specified and directed by EIC
Supply and fix pressed MS terminal box of suitable size to accommodate test terminal block and thickness not less than 1.50 mm thck ness complete with painting, all as directed by EIC
Taking down existing bend air terminals aluminium or copper and refixing the same properly after repairing & straightening with new flat iron 25 mm x 5 mm thick and 40 cm long with new nut & bolts, clamps etc fixed/clamped to existing GI pipes poles including proper tensioning wherever is required all as directed by EIC
S & F GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade including bend, sockets etc for earth strip laid in ground/floor fixed on wall with proper clamping all as directed by EIC
M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type CI (using 20 mm graded aggregate ) for making block of size 300x300x200 mm for fixing GI pipe/air termination rod all as speficied & directed by EIC
Testing of lightning conductor/Earthing with the help of earth tester in presence of user representative and entering the results in test register of each sub depot and MES register duly taken signed by OIC of Amn dump as specified by the EIC
