Disconnecting the existing non functional submersible pump set from supply, dismantling existing CI bend from non return valve, removing and lifting out submersible pump set of any description and capacity & in any position, along with existing column pipe 80/100mm dia and existing submersible cable of any size from the bore well 150/200mm bore (approximately 100 mtr depth of pump set from GL) complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: 1. Contractor shall take proper precautions while lifting out and removing pump set from bore well so as to avoid any damage to column pipe and submersible cable. All necessary T&P and equipments required for lifting out pump set etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Lowering down of the submersible pump set after repair of any description and any capacity & in any position, in bore well alongwith column pipe 80/100mm dia and submersible cable of any size (approximately 60 mtr depth of pump set from GL) complete all as specified and directed including making necessary electric connections & testing the pump set after lowering. NOTE: 1. Contractor shall take proper precautions while lowering pump set in bore well so as to avoid any damage to column pipe and submersible cable. All necessary T&P and equipments required for lifting out pump set etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 2. Rates quoted by the contractor for the above item includes the cost of assembling & connecting pump set to column pipes & assembling, jointing and fixing column pipes/pump sets/submersible cable and making necessary connections and including reconnecting water supply system. The required materials like column pipes/ /submersible cable/pump sets etc (new/old retrieved materials) shall be provided by the department to contractor for fixing and lowering in bore wells)

Supply only galvanised iron water tube 100mm bore in 3 meter length , heavy grade, ISI marked, conforming to IS-1239 (latest) for column pipe in required length but each length not more than 3.00 mtr, both end screwed with long threads/ flanged complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Fixing and jointing of the column pipes with sockets/flanfge, nut bolt wasers, rubber gasket are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor for lowering of the column pipes with pump sets)

Development of bores in well position with using suitable air compressor of suitable pressure (not less than 250 CFM) and capacity as approved for obtaining optimum yield and for obtaining sand free water including cast of M&L , T & P etc for developing complete all as specified & directed.

Development of bore well by over pumping with minimum 25% higher capacity of pump set after development with compressor complete all as specified and directed.

Yield test for tube well with the help of notch tank 90 degree by continuous pumping to determine safe pumping yield

Draining out water from OHT by operating wash out valve ,Cleaning of over head tank (staging from 6 meter to 18 Meter) (inside) by scraping with the help of hard brushes and physical cleaning of over head tank (reservoir) by descaling / brooming silt and other deposit in side (bottom of dome). collecting and taking them out with help of manual labour and depositing not exceeding 50mtr all as directed. Cleaning of inner surface of OHT by applying the bleaching powder solution (1:10) and left it for 1/2 hour for making surface algee/ bacteria free .clean the surface with water and drying it quick with the help of electric air blower. Applying two coat of thick quick drying lime wash on entire surface (inner) top and bottom including writting date of cleaning with white paint on back painted surface two places and painting of inner steel ladder of tank all as specified and directed:-
