Supply erection testing and commissioning of 33 kV Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) as RMU in the proposed 33 kV indoor Sub-station at IIT Kharagpur considering 33 kV double feeder line source from the WBSEDCL, Hijli 132 kV Sub-station.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Four panel (2-in + 1-Out + 1-Bus PT), indoor, motorized 36 kV vacuum circuit breaker along with other equipment/accessories with RMU facilities of the following feature: a) The panel unit should have 33kV, 3 pole, 50 Hz, 1600 Amps, 750 MVA, symmetrical breaking capacity 25 KA for 3 sec, single phase motor operated along with manual spring charging system. b) The DC supply for control circuit should be through 110 Volt DC of the existing sub-station. c) All the panels should have Intelligent multifunctional meters with RS 485 communication port facilities. d) The RMU should have horizontal draw out type PT unit having 33 kV/110 Volt, 3phase, 4 wire, 50hz, bus-bar connected resin cast PT. e) The C.Ts should be dual core type with ratio 400-200/5+5 amp for metering and protection with the relevant class as per IS. for each panel f) The panels should have microprocessor based E/F & O/C IDMT Relays. g) One no earthing Trolley (For details please see ANX IV attached herewith) Make: ABB / Siemens and equivalent approved by the Site in-charge. Warranty: Two years from the date of successful commissioning at site.
