Taking down cement plastering on brick or stone walls incl raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc in shafts complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for applying acrylic based waterproofing ready to use crack sealant putty (density=> 1.5 Kg/L) on minor/major cracks on masonary/ concrete surfaces, after identification, marking, opening crack by cutting V-groove, sanding surface and cleaning to make it free of loose particles, not exc 6MM girth, in 'V' shape as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make - Sika, Fosroc & Dr Fixit.

M&L for waterproofing in repair on prepared concrete slab/ plastered surface/Asphalt/brickwork etc as in roof/chajja/walls/slabs etc by applying two coat of single component elastomeric, polyurethane based liquid applied waterproofing coating over one coat of primer (diluted with water 1:1), with crack bridging ability not less than 3 mm, as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. M/L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for applying two coat of tranparent protective coating based on acrylic dispersion for stone, masonry and concrete after surface preperation as per manufacturer instruction, with density > 1 kg/L & tensile adhesion strength > 1.4 N/mm sq,as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for patch repair in10mm thick cement mortar (1:3) with SBR Latex polymer of Dr Fixit/ Sika/ Fosroc @ 7Kg/50 Kg cement after through surface preparation and all as per maufactures instruction and as directed by engr- in- charge.

M&L for sealing/ filling joints/ gaps in buildings & structures of varied construction material such as masonry, metal, wood etc not exceeding 25 mm with polyurethane sealant caulk as per manufacturer instructions & as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make - Sika, Fosroc & Dr Fixit.

M&L for clearing unacessisble flat roof and vertical surfaces of a buiding (upto G+3 configuration) from plant debris, live plant/ vegetation by uprooting/ cutting/ clearing to avoid damage to building & repair in patches to include: (i) Complete removal of loose plant debris & uprooting small plants without causing damage to building on verticle & horizontal surface. All debris removing 1000 mtr away from building. (ii) Each Job covered area exc. 100 sqm but n.exc 650 Sqm.

M&L for Removal of large plants on verticle & horizontal surface of a building (upto G+3 configuration) by uprooting with patch repair to damaged plaster/ masonry/ concrete by repair mortar (1:3 with 15% SBR latex additive by weight of cement) of required thickness and max area of 0.4 Sqm.

M&L for application of bituminous, self adhesive, fully bonded, post applied waterproofing sheet membrane roll (consisting cross-laminated HDPE film that is precoated with an SBS modified bituminous compound) of thickness 1.5mm, laid after suitable surface preperation/ cleaning as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
