Rough Excavation in soft/ loose soil not exc 1.50m in depth all as specified and directed.

Rough Excavation in soft/ loose soil exc 1.5 m but not exc. 3 m depth all as specified and directed.

Spreading and levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated (soil) to a distance exceeding 50m and not exceeding 100m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 Sqm, depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm deep and removing materials from site of work or staking at site for reuse complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregate (Granite, trap or Basalt) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled consolidated to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumen primer using paving bitumen @ 10 kg/10 Sqm on water bound macadam surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing unsurfaces WBM surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing existing black top road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumen primer using paving bitumen @ 5kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for bituminous premixed carpet 30 mm thick consolidated thickness with 0.405 cum of stone chipping & mixed with 21.90 Kg of binder laid and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for liquid seal coat with paving bitumen grade (VG-30) @ 9.8 kg/10 sqm blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping, 6.3 mm size and rolled to a uniform smooth surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like of 10 cm wide with hot applied thermoplastic paint, white or yellow, compound thickness of 2.5mm incl reflectorized glass @ 250 gm/sqm area conforming to IRC standard complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : The paint shall be carried out through mechanical appliances by the company's approved applicator) complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns ub floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in the shelves and the like all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200m thick (Horizontal or sloping) all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT Bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for column, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel mild steel wire (annealed not less that 0.90 mm dia or securing with chip) complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms in depth in soft/loose soils complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation over areas not exc 1.50m in depth & getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregates on in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate)as in Plum concrete in retaining walls etc including plums of stone boulders (Basalt, trap or any other approved) of size 150 to 300mm complete all as specified and as directed (Boulders measured and paid separately in respective item)

Supply only Boulders exceeding 15 cm and upto 30cm dia (Basalt, trap or any other approved) of size 150 to 300mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC type B2 (1:2:4) using 40 mm graded stone aggregates in surface channels and drains & finishing cement concrete surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Plain cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in coping including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and trotting all as specified and as directed.

S&F Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars of 450mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix 150 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with necessary clamps,bolts etc.complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & fix 150 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boulder filling dry, hand packed tightly as in wire crate in vertical bunds with sloping faces all as specified and directed. (Note: wire crate measured and paid separately)

Labour only for boulder filling dry, hand packed tightly as in wire crate in vertical bunds with sloping faces all as specified and directed.

S&F of mechanically woven double twisted rectangular shape wire mesh ,having mesh wire of dia not less than 3.4 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only Hand packing using Broken stone or boulders (any thickness) at back of retaining wall and raising or lowering to the required level complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for shoring and strutting timbers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC type C2 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates on in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and stair case railing and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses etc vertical or to better rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M25 (design mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in RCC band, lintel over 1.50m span etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L mild steel TMT Bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for column, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel mild steel wire (annealed not less that 0.90 mm dia or securing with chip) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 75mm bore PVC pipe (SWR) single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, as in weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F geosynthetic material 75mm dia as in weep holes cover complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15 deep and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of floor etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for hardcore of gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old ACSR conductor from the disturbed span including line spacer and unserviceable material removing from site of work complete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable/defective (Pin type, Shackle type) insulators of any size/type and removing materials from site of work complete acomplete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old cross-arms of mild steel channel or angle sections, etc, including mild steel bolts, nuts, washers, etc. and removing from site of work complete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing of 40 mm dia medium grade ISI Marked laid in trenches/laid under floor on ground including all fittings such as elbow, union, reducer, tees, bends etc and short length complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power under ground cable conforming to IS:7098 (Pt-I)-1988, heavy duty with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 3.5 core with necessary fixing arrangements such as lungs, glands and terminal etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cable and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 3.0 m in depth; for foundation of poles and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L sand cushioning 8cm below and 15cm above the UG cable for protection of cable with approved sand complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- punned thickness of 18cm shall be measured for payment)

Protection to cable with one layer of new bricks laid flat butting to each other in such a way that the length of the bricks is at right angle to the central axis of the cable using old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair, Street light cable junction box made of polycarbonate, ''halogen free and weather proof', for outdoor installation (with metric knockouts for cable entry) IP-66 protection including short cable entry gland tread type with lock nut, four way bakelite terminal with brass studs and nuts, GI flat strip clamps of size 25mm X 3mm with bolts, nuts and washers for fixing with MCB one 06 Amps inside the junction box complete all as specified and directed. (Make: HENSEL Cat No. KF-1616B or equivalent model of Havells/Sintex)

Supply and erecting in true vertical position steel tubular swaged pole, 9 metre long, complete with mild steel base plate 6mm thick of size 300mm x 300mm, B-118 finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers and screws, type 410 SP-55 including taking down the old unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

Note:- The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
