M&L cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, 25 mm thick as in floors finished rough for floor finishes all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 450x 350x7mm / 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, including demolition of extsting tiles of any description and removing the debris outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab pre polished ( Mirror polished) in flooring 18-20mm thick and not less than 0.36sqmm area of each slab/ tiles laid over and including 15mm thick CM 1:6 cement screed base and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 18 above but for skirting/risers and dado with 10mm thick CM 1:3 backing coat

Taking down (Steel/ Wooden) frame any description exc. 1.5 sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (with out taking off shutter from the frame) including hardware fittings complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 20 above but not exc. 1.5 sqm each with shutters and hardware fittings.

Taking down shutters exceeding 1 sqm but not exc 2 sqm and removing from the site all as specifed and directed

S&F Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick(approved design) and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame., complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

S&F for door frame to 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames, complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer- in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc., and getting out in hard / dense soil.

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick.
