Demolition of PCC in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of existing drain of any size or shape by removing sludge /silt/ earth (liquid, semisolid & solid) completely and removing the rubbish to a distance exc 250 m but not exc 500 m and deposited where directed.

Cleaning away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs , brush wood under growth roots, bushes of any height/dia on roof top/chhajja of biuldings of any height and making repairing of roof/chhajja by rendering/pointing (in CM1:3) /laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) to make the roof/chhajja surface smooth and free flow of water and removing rubbish out of the MD land upto any distance upto entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge

Taking down cement / lime plaster on brick or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joint, hacking for key screbbing down with water etc.complete all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surface on wall in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface on wall in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for preparing newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc.

All as per Ser item No 31.00 here-in-before but two coat of oil emulsion distemper on putty prepareded surface of wall after complete removal of existing treatment etc, complete all as specified & directed

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint over old painted surface of wood work of any description over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 33.00 here-in-before but one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surface.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including cornices, plastered or unplastered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove dust, dirt and loose scales of lime wash and other foreign material, scrapping down, smoke soot, moulds, ,ass and effloresent salts and treating out greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing sunken interlocking pavers block of any description, size and pattern and refixing the same in any location for proper matching with existing surface after carrying out the necessary repair to the under layer complete all as specified and directed (sand cushioning and sub base concrete will be measured separetely)

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling,mass concrete etc complete all as specified.

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation etc coplete all as specified.

S&F in repairs 3 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality type & glazing with oil putty in squares not exc 0.5 Sqm in each pan, incl hacking out old broken glass pane of any thickness and size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of steel surfaces of any description,over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide/ zinc chromate,complete all as specified.

M&L for road cutting of any depth and width of any surface and making good with cement concrete 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for providing 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using (20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in flooring and like and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including provn of joints etc complete all as specified.

M&L hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm broken stone , deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface etc,complete all as specified.

S& F 300 mm bore reinforced concrete pipes class NP-2 laid and jointed in trenches complete with collars as directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of walls including cornices, pilasters etc including brooming or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and applying two coat of white wash on wall, complete, all as specified & as directed.

Supply only galvanised chain link fencing of size 50 x 50mm aperture and dia of wire 4.00mm any size or type as approved by Engr-in -charge etc, complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed

S&F, in repairs galvanised 2 stand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia bars at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standerd rails straining bolts, including, seuring or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples etc. complete all as specified.

M&L for 0.63mm thick plain, black, mild steel sheeting, in ridges,hips, valley gutters,drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed)etc complete all as specified.

M&L for renderig 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete of walls, chajja, fins, facia etc upto 3 stories height mixed with water proofing compound (ISI Marked) @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified . Note :- 1.Water proofing compound shall me measure and paid for separately as supply only. 2. Cost of scafolding for rendering is included in this item. 3. Rendering will be done in two layer. Ist layer will be 10-12mm thick and 2nd layer will be 3-5 mm thick

M & L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of primer two coats of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for plinth course, parapets and railing upto 60cm height, coping, kneelers, bed plates, water troughs and the like including slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throughting ect compelet all as specified and directed

M&L for best quality sign board of stainless steel pipe 50mm dia medium weight complete length of each board 3.10 mtr, hollow stainless steel square section of width 12.5 mm and 2.65 mm thick, plain steel sheet of 1.25 mm thick, blue radium of best quality to be pasted on both side of SS sheet Decorative arnamental type latto round top to fixed on both end. MES logo of suitable dia to be maid on right side corner of sign board white radium of 20mm width as a decorative border to be provided writing of letters with best quality white radium on both side letter writing n.exc 30 cm hight as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in boundary pillars and posts complete all as specidied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for writing letters on Aluminium composite panel fabricate out of stainless steel sheet not less than 0.90 mm thick and not less than 4 CM in width. The overall height and width of letter shall not be less than 30 CM and shall be installed/fixed on aluminium composite panel as per manufacturers instructions composite all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cheqeured tiles of approved design, colour & ( size 200mmx200mmx25mm) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles & including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed
