Taking down old heavy model ceiling fan including Supply & Fix 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan BLDC rating, energy saving model with double ball bearing 230 volts 3 blades white in colour without regulator COMPLETE WITH CANOPY, suitable DOWN ROD all as directed. Note : Old unserviceable fan to be doposited to MES store yard.

Supply and Fix ventilating fan of size 250 mm sweep white in colour, plastic body Type : Ventil air-DX WHT all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron/steel earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts made out of galvanised iron, protected by GI pipe light grade 15 mm bore dia and connected to main control board all as shown in Electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, salt, charcoad dust, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in chamber, RCC 1:2:4 chamber cover with 6 mm dia MS bar at 100 mm centre to centre both ways and MS 6 mm dia hook complete all as specified and directed.
