M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles of approved dark shade and color and double charged tiles 8 to 9 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting or dado set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 backing coat, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 600 x 1200 mm coloured vitrified step tiles of dark shade matt finished of minimum thickness 12 mm as in flooring/ landing portion, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. Colour & shade to be approved by GE. Note : Matching to the staircase heavy duty tile with floor tile/Mid Landing .

M&L for 300 x 1200 mm coloured vitrified step tiles of dark shade matt finished with self embossed grooves of minimum thickness 12 mm as in treads of steps, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match shade of the tiles, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. Colour & shade to be approved by GE. Tile to be provided in single piece without use of cut piece.

M&L for 200 x 1200 mm coloured vitrified step tiles of dark shade matt finished of minimum thickness 12 mm as in vertical surfaces such as risers or skirting set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles incl 10 mm thk cement plaster 1:4 backing coat, complete all as specified and directed. Colour & shade to be approved by GE.

M&L 20-22mm thick machine cut kota stone slab size exc 0.16 sqm (table rubbed and polished) as in flooring laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6), set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including cutting, rubbing, grinding and mirror polishing including full round bull nosing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut pre polished kota stone slab 20-22 mm thick as in riser and steps, skirting in full length in single piece of stair width laid over cement screed and jointed with rubbing and treating the surface incl full round bull nosing edging and groove cutting in double line complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick Granite of any colour (table rubbed and polished) as in windows cill & cooking platforms and like fixed in cement mortar (1:6) including form work , pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite with full round bull nosing edging complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 , type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid in slope in 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 mtr in length. Exposed surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including raking out joints between panel to panel and panel to wall and plugging the same with bitumen mastic using bitumen and sand mixture in (1:3) complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) (nominal mix) as in slabs supported on wall,landing, balconies, shelves and like including bonding agent , complete all as specified and directed. (Note - Reinforcement to be measured and paid under respective items)

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat, complete all as specified and directed.
