Erection of 2.5 mt. (8'-0") high chicken mesh barricating along the counting tables as per direction to form cubicle with stout bamboo frame work & split bamboos binding with G.I. Wire & nails with provision of small pockets (if required) as directed completing and also total arregment of counting Hall preperation and removal of same with through cleaning of the rooms after completion of the purpose.

Fitting, fixing of ply wood racks for keeping of BU, CU and VVPAT of different polling stations made of 12 mm thick ply with 75 mm x 50 mm vertical posts made of wooden battens @ 1.20 m c/c with 2 nos longitudinal and tranverse directions bracing size 25 mm x 50 mm, fixing with nails, screws etc. The racks of each room consists of maximum 2 layers or 3 layers, up. to 0.600 m vertical clear distance of each layer. The width of the ply shall be 600 mm and l200 mm with no horizontal joint and reinforcing with new wood planks including cost of nails, screws etc. and mending good, the damages after completion of counting procedure including cost of all materials, labour, taxes and all charges complete as per drawing and direction of the E.I.C For 0.60 m x 0.60 m x 0.60 m (height) Box each layer

Hire and labour charges for making 125 mm thick brick work with (1:4) mortar and plastering (1:6) the new wall to match with existing wall and dismantaling the same after complition the purpose of the constraction with necessary mending the adjoining surface of the wall including removing the rubbish and cleaning the floor as before.

White washing including cleaning and smoothening surface thoroughly. All floors : (b) Two coats (to be done on specific instruction).

Rendering the Surface of walls and ceiling with White Cement base WATER PROOF wall putty of approved make & brand.(1.5 mm thick)

Applying Interior grade Acrylic Primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive Distemper/ Acrylic emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. (In Ground Floor) (a) One Coat i) Water based interior grade Acrylic Primer

Applying Acrylic Emulsion Paint of approved make and brand on walls and ceiling including sand papering in intermediate coats including putty (to be done under specific instruction of Superintending Engineer) : (Two coats) ii) Luxury Quality

(b) Priming one coat on timber or plastered surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : (a) On timber or plastered surface : With other than hi-gloss of approved quality- (iv) Two coats (with any shade except white)

Hire and labour charges of JCB for levelling of outside campass of LC Collage for movement of vehicle per hour.
