REPAIRS TO DRAIN , CULVERTS,SMALL ARM RANGE AT OMQ AND MES AREA AT 25 ED AF STN DEOLALI UNDER GE (AF) OJHAR

Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris outside MoD land and depositing where directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

All same as per per item No 2 here-in-above but reinforced cement concrete do -

Demolition of brickwork , block masonry or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling inluding cement mortar bedding (but not backing), stacking serviceable tiles at site and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes, drains etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including placing in position and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

S & F for precast Steel Fibre Reinforced Concrete (SFRC) cover, Grade Designation HD-20, ISI marked and conforming to IS 12592:2002, of size 1200 mm × 600 mm with thickness as required at site, complete with edge protection using MS flat 75 mm × 5 mm, suitable for load-bearing capacity corresponding to wheel loads between 50 kN and 100 kN, including handles, lifting bars, all necessary fittings, fixtures, and accessories, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement. Note : Forming fair finished channel for drain using extra cement shall be measured and paid for separately
