Taking down cement plaster from brick or stone walls incl racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry, type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for applying two coats of Anti fugal paint (Apex) over a coat of primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall complete.

M&L for applying one coats of Anti fungal paint-APEX over a coat of primer to match the existing colour including preparation of old plastered surface.

S&F and repairs to equal angle including cutting to any length and welding etc. as in fencing post confirming to Fe-290, Grade 'E' 165.

M&L two coats of syenthtic enemel paint paint over a coat of red oxide including preparation of untreated New steel surfaces.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint to old steel surface over 10 cm width or girth incl preparartion of surfaces.

S&F concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600mm dia,10m openable length (total length 90m) having 50 Nos rounds per 6mtrs Length of wall with existing angle iron ' Y ' Shaped placed 2.40m or 3m apart stuid tied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal,including necessary bolts or GI barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of engr-in- Charge,(cost of MS angle C.C blocks shall be paide separatly)

S&F and Repairs to Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured).

M&L for cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) (20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping

M&L for 25 mm thick broken glass coping over RCC/PCC surface of wall etc. in cement mortar 1:3 complete.

M&L for painting to writing letters or figures (Block,Romen ,Italic or Indian) n,Exc. 30cm hight and etc.

Demolition of damaged masonry (brick/stone/brick masonry wall built in cement mortar as in wall/culverts manholes etc.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided.

Excavating in trenches, n exc1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 as in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M & L Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) surface channel and drains

Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces.

Returning and filling and ramming with watering etc n.exc 25cm depth in soft/disintegrated rock.

Removing of excavated materials upto 500 mtr and depositing where directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab set in CM 1:6.

Material and labour for TMT bars of 8 mm dia and above cut to length bent to shape as required.

M & L MS hollow section and flat iron 40x6mm for post & struts in grill/Gate including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or reveting, etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

Removing building materials etc.to a distance of 1.00 Km beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination as directed.
