Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of cubicle type, floor mounted, indoor type, IP-42 rating LT panel suitable for operation on 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire 50Hz AC supply system, fabricated in totally enclosed and compartmentalized design from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work and covers, 3mm thick for segmented gland plates, powder coating in approved shade, with TPN Aluminium Alloy bus bars of high conductivity extensible type on both sides, rated for 200 Amps with short circuit withstand capacity of 50 kA for 1 Sec., bottom base channel of MS frame of suitable size, common earth bus bar of size 25mm X 5mm at the rear with 2 nos. earth studs, connections from main bus bars to switch gears with required size of copper / aluminium conductors / bus bars, control wiring with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor flexible cable, i/c providing following switch gears etc. as per technical specifications as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning outdoor feeder pillar box of minimum size 600 x 600 X 450 mm depth, suitable for operation on 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire 50Hz AC supply system, fabricated in totally enclosed, free standing, non-extensible, IP-65 rated design from CRCA sheet steel of 2 mm thick for frame work and covers, 3 mm thick for gland plates, complete with 35 kA rated 250 Amp current capacity Aluminium Bus-bars, hinged front & back door opening & locking arrangement, painted/powder coated with one coat of red oxide & two coats of enamel paint, suitable openings at the bottom for cable entries, earthing bolts etc. The box shall be mounted on MS angle stand to be grouted in 1:2:4 concrete of 100 X 100 X 300 mm depth, providing & laying in position cement concrete (PCC) of specified grade around the feeder panel boxes (PCC Size 1 Mtr X 1 Mtr X 0.15 Mtr) (1:2:4) (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with Suitable HDPE pipe for cable in & out to the boxes, etc. as per technical specifications as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor feeder pillar box of minimum size 600 X 800 X 500 mm depth, free standing type having IP-65 protection, suitable for operation on 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire 50Hz AC supply system, fabricated in totally enclosed and compartmentalized design from CRCA sheet steel of 2 mm thick for frame work and covers, 3mm thick for segmented gland plates, powder coating in approved shade, with TPN Aluminium Alloy bus bars of high conductivity, non- extensible type, rated for 250 Amps with short circuit withstand capacity of 50 kA for 1 Sec., bottom base channel of MS frame of suitable size, common earth bus bar of size 25mm X 5mm at the rear with 2 nos. earth studs, connections from main bus bars to switch gears with required size of copper / aluminium conductors / bus bars, control wiring with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor flexible cable, i/c providing following switch gears etc. as per technical specifications as required. The feeder shall be mounted on MS angle stand to be grounded in 1:2:4 concrete of 100 X 100 X 300 mm depth, providing & laying in position cement concrete (PCC) of specified grade around the feeder panel boxes (PCC Size 1 Mtr X 1.2 Mtr X 0.15 Mtr) (1:2:4) (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with Suitable HDPE pipe for cable in & out (for 3 Cables) to the feeder pillar, etc. as required and as per instructions of engineer-in-charge.

INCOMER (a) 125 Amps, 4 pole MCCB (ICS = 100% ICU), Thermal release range of 100-125 (A), 30 KA of make L&T DU125H Cat. No. CM90679OOLO or similar) - 2 Nos. NOTE: All MCCBs shall be provided with rotary operating handle and spreader terminals.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Type 1+2 Three phase Surge Protection on existing panel on input side to eliminate the direct & indirect lightning surges and switching surges from electrical power supply system. The SPD shall be have combined varistor block with encapsulated spark gap (GDT) protection for L-N and encapsulated spark gap (GDT) protection for N-PE, no following current, with visual fault signalling, voltage protection level of 1.5 kV, according to IEC / EN 61643-11, suitable for DIN rail mounting along with 32A, FP C-Series MCB in an IP-42 polycarbonate enclosure with clear front cover including complete connection with copper flexible cable and shall be as per technical specifications etc. as required. Supplying and fixing of IP30, FP sheet steel MCCB enclosure on surface/ recess along with 125 A, 35kA, 4 pole MCCB (ICS = 100% ICU), Thermal release range of 100-125 (A) with spreader terminals complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. SH: II - Supply & Laying of LT Cables

Supply of following size Aluminium conductor, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed (FRLS), armoured power cable for working voltage 1.1 KV grade & as per IS: 7098 (Part- I) 1988 with up to date amendments of approved make & as per technical specifications etc. complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 120 mm size (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers, end caps etc. conforming to IS 16205, Part 24 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Providing, laying and fixing 100 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep) and re-filling etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC pipe as required.

Retrieval of existing 1.1 KV grade LT UG cable of size exceeding 185 Sq.mm. and not exceeding 400 sq.mm. laid directly in ground including excavation of earth, sand etc. and without damaging the cable complete as required:

Extra for Excavation for cable trenches in hard rock/PCC/Bituminous not exceeding 1.5 meters in width and lift up to 1.5 meters, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meters.

SH: III - Earthing

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supply of Inverter type, 5 star rated 2.0 TR split air conditioner having inverter dual / twin rotary / scroll type compressor, 100% copper condenser, with cordless remote control, refrigerant type R-32, suitable for operation on 230 V AC, 50 Hz, 1-Ph power supply, suitable for operation in ambient temperature of 52 Deg.C (minimum) etc. complete as per technical specifications as required. Installation, testing & commissioning of inverter type 1.5/2 TR split air conditioner by fixing indoor unit on wall/ceiling/structure and outdoor unit on wall/stand including providing & fixing suitable size duly painted / powder coated M.S. / G.I. equal angle base frame (ODU Stand), providing and fixing suction/discharge refrigerant copper piping with elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation (Up to 4 Mtrs), control cabling (Up to 4 Mtrs) from indoor to outdoor unit, fasteners, charging of refrigerant gas i/c minor civil works and all accessories etc. complete as per technical specifications as required.

Supply & fixing (Over and above 4 Mtrs included in Item No: 3) of suction/discharge refrigerant copper piping for 1.5/2 TR split AC with elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation between indoor and outdoor units with suitable size of clamp / MS hanger / MS support / MS angle as per site requirement and as per technical specifications as required.

Supply & fixing 25 mm dia. UPVC drain pipe including cutting, jointing with approved solvent cement compound as per IS 14735, etc complete as required.

Supply and laying of 3 C x 4 Sq. mm PVC insulated, FRLS PVC sheathed, unarmoured, multi stranded copper cable as per IS : 694 along with refrigerant piping between indoor and outdoor unit of 1.5/2.0 TR Split type AC units etc as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of AC timer suitable to control 2 No. 1.5 / 2.0 TR Split ACs, suitable for operation with 230 VAC +/- 15 %, 50Hz AC power supply, output contacts rating of 25 A at 230 V AC with heavy duty connectors rated for 25 Amps for both ACs, cycle time from 4 / 8 hours, with auto / manual mode, test mode etc. as per technical specifications as required.

SH: VI - Fire Detection & Alarm System

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of fire alarm panel with minimum two loop, Intelligent Analog Addressable Fire Alarm Panel including battery back-up rechargeable battery (Minimum 12 Volts 7 Ah). The panel shall be microprocessor based with its own micro controller, memory, and fire device zone. The system shall be compatible with all kind of security and fire sensors/switches, built in real time clock operation with provision of GSM Auto Dialer facilitation (Inbuilt or externally installed) and shall be capable to auto dial minimum 5 No. mobile / telephone no. in case of any emergency /exigency, built in intelligent battery charger with deep discharge protection.
