ADDITION/ ALTERATION TO THE EXISTING SECURITY WALL INCLUDING PROVN OF CONCERTINA COIL ALONG THE CIVIL ROAD OF PCDA OFFICE COMPLEX UNDER GE (SOUTH) BANGALORE

Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry for ashlar facings, dressed, stone work, precast concrrete articles and block walling built in cement mortar

M&L Excavation in treches, not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M depth in foundation, etc. and exc. 10sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L ashlar masonry plain, well bonded built in Cement mortar 1:4complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) Type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick with soils complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 Type-B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in seismic and other similar bonds, Plinth Course , String Courses, lacing courses, Coping , kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs including weathering, slightly rounded and chemfered angles and throating as directed.

M&L Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in block masonry with solid block, exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 to fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for newly plaster surfaces of Wall and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm incl all necessary safety norms to the workers all as specified and directed. Note:- External painting of walls catered for some bldgs is G+3 and more hence contractor have to arrange Scaffolding for the same for painting of external surface and quoted rate will be inclusive of all scaffolding work. No extra payment will be considered

Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed
