Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material out of ACTREC premises with lead and lift,. Valid gate pass complete as directed and instructed.

Providing & Applying one / two coats of primer & thereafter two coats of paint as mentioned First quality to the required colour scheme and as per manufacturers instructions / specifications to the walls, beams, columns, ceilings, partitions doors etc. including thoroughly scrapping the existing surface with sand papers, removing old paint, filling up crevices and levelling with waterproof putty / plaster of paris of necessary to obtain smooth surface etc. complete job including removal of stains, painting spots on floors,aluminium window frame & glass etc as to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge :With Luster Paint two coats of primer and two coats of paint. ( Rate inclusive of scafflolding, labour charges, ladder etc.)

Providing and fixing sun control/black out/ tinted/ frosted films 2 mil thick film on window glasess without damaging rubber gaskets, handle , friction hinged etc complete including neccesary scafolding job is to be complited as per manufacturer's film specification and as directed by EIC alongwith design and writings if any.

REMOVING DOORS & WINDOWS:Labour charges only for carefully removing and takingoutexisting steel, doors/wooden partition/metal frame/ windows/celestory window shutters from its existing position at all floors levels and locations including chiseling around the frame hold fasts carting away debris making good the chiseled surface suitably as per the site requirement and shifting the atdismantled materials to the directed place with stacking in proper order including removing the existing fittings, fixtures locking arrangmeent and returning the same to the Department of respective maintenance unit etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor and walls in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Glazed Vitrified tiles Matt/Antiskid finish of size 600 x 600, 600 x 1200 size tiles.

Providing and fixing tiled powder coated metal false ceiling of size 595x595mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross “T” of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main “T” at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all Tsections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.GI Metal Ceiling Lay in plain Tegular edge Global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm, and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of Aluminum sheet having electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending.

Providing and fixing Below height storage unit (750mm deep) made out of 18mm thk. approved make water & termite proof Plywood. Shelves (2 nos. equally divided) made out of 18mm thk. Ply with TW lipping. All the surfaces including edges and the front shall have 1.0 mm thk. Laminate of approved make and colour as shown or directed. Shutters made out of 18mm thk Block board / Plywood . All the surfaces including edges and inside with 0.8 mm thk laminate and outside with 1 mm thk laminate of approved make and colour with joints as shown or directed. Each shutter shall have 75 mm long black oxidised brass butt hinges. Minimum 2 nos. hinges. Shutters will have magnetic catch fixed at top and bottom. 75mm wide 'C' shaped brush steel approved handle.
