Dismantling and removing old lime cement plaster from brick wall including raking out joints 12 mm deep and removing the debris within 50 mtr. lead. from work site including cost of all labour ,T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling & removing 2.5cm (1'') thick A.S flooring including stacking the useful materials for re-use & removing the depries within 50m. Lead as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Earth work in excavated earth from work side for for filling and carriage of earth by mechanical means with average of 8 km lead including loading and unloading at road alignment including rough dressing, levelling the bed with cost conveyance , royality , and taxes of all labour etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade C.B chips having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200 kg/cm2 in 15cm cubes at 20 days after mixing and test conduct in accordance with I..S 456 and I.S 516 including hoisting lowring laying concrete and compacting with vibrators, curing for 28 days with smooth centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalties & T&P required for the work complete in all respect but excluding cost of HYSD and binding wires and labour charges for bending binding and tying the grills as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Supplying HYSD (FE 415)/ (FE 500) of Govt. approved for reinforcement tying the grills and placing in position as required for the RCC works and lowering,laying including cost,conveyance & taxes of HYSD bars and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge required for the work and bending binding and tying the grills ( Payment will be made on weight of HYSD bars only and no separate payment will be made towords the weight of binding wires) etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge

Supplying, fitting and fixing of vitrified Industrial tile coloured and printed tile of size 300mm x 300mm of approved make in floors,treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of all materials , taxes,labour,T&P etc required for the work as directed by the Engineer-in charge

Supplying, fitting and fixing ceramic tiles of primium grade having thickness 7mm to 8 mm conforming to IS 13755 of section 30x30 cm or 40x40 cm plane or printed in floor treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed in cement mortar (1:4) (1 Cement : 4 Sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the dadoes of the tiles including rubbing and polishing etc. all complete including cost of tiles and labour etc.required for the work as directed by the Engineer-in charge

12 mm (½") thick cement plaster (1 : 4) with neat cement punning finished smooth to outside surface of brick walls after raking out joints including watering and curing etc complete including cost , conveyance , royality and taxes of all materials , cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer - in - charge .

Providing and applying wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer of approved shade on new surface to give an even shade including cost of plastic emulsion paint, labour, T&P required for the work etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
