Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description in any position including cleaning, wire brushing, watering, removal of debris upto 1500mtr distance as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.
Surface preparation : (i)Clean the surface thoroughly using mechanical tools and the surface to be free of dirt, oil. (ii) Repair all cracks by cutting "V" groove of size 5x5mm on roof surface and fill the gap using repair mortar Fibre Reinforced Polymer (iii) Provide 75mmx 75mm Coving / angle fillet using the above repair mortar using Latex Based Bonding Agent as bond coat. (iv)All construction joints to opened 15mmx15mm and treated with repair mortar Fibre Reinforced Polymer and Honeycombing to be pressure grouting with No Shrink cementatious Injection Grout.
Water Proofing Application : The surface to be free from standing water Prime the surafce with UV stable Polyurethane water proof liquid membrane at 400gm/sqmt dilute with water 1:1 Apply 1st coat of ShaliPrime WP WB at 400gm / Sqmt. Apply 1st coat of UV stable Polyurethane water proof liquid membrane White at 1Kg/Sqmt. Place 40 Gsm Geotextile / FG Tissue as reinforcement followed by 2nd coat of UV stable Polyurethane water proof liquid membrane at 1kg/sqmt. Ensure final curing of 36hrs before carrying any further work. Extend water proofing treatment and terminate at the top of the edge of the parapet wall Seal the Groove using repair mortar. Make : (i) ShaliUrethane BTD of M/s STP Limilted (ii) Sec-I PU500 of M/s SG Corporation (iii) Impermo 3002 of M/s Pratham Enterprises (iv) Opty D5HDPU of M/s Optimus Chemicals
M&L in repairs aluminum/ copper strips 25x3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.
M&L rendering 20mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 on roof top surface including WPC by weight of 3% of total cement content complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC will be measured separately
