Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 33KV 630Amps 25kA-3sec Indoor type floor mounted compact SF6 Gas Insulated Switchgear with internal copper bus bars, consisting of with two Nos. motorized Load Break Switch as incomer and two nos motorised Vacuum Circuit Breaker as outgoings along with Bus connect Air Insulated PT Panel. All live parts, bus bars, LBS & VCBs connections, ON-OFF offload switch, Earth switch of feeder should be enclosed in one tank sealed for life robotically welded non magnetic and non ferrite grade stainless steel tank Grade 304 of minimum 2 mm thick having IP67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. SF6 Gas Tank and cable chamber should be tested for an internal arc fault of 25kA for 1 sec with AFLR classification. All four modules LBS and VCB should be enclosed in one SF6 tank to avoid multiple connections. The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation and shall have site replaceable bushings for ease of troubleshooting during breakdown at site (to avoid dismantling of SWG and rectification at OEM factory for minor gas leakage issues due to bushing breakage). The Gas Insulated switchgear should be complete with all accessories and should be suitable to connect cable upto 1RX3Cx400sqmm. VPIS, cable supports, all front cable terminations, mechanical indications for VCB, OFF load switch & Earth switch, Manometer as per with IEC standards 62271-1, 100, 200. Altitude of installation up to 1500m as per IEC 60120. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site. Product from License partner / Authorized Integrators are not accepted.

Three position disconnector/earthing switch downstream vacuum circuit-breaker. Three position single spring mechanism for disconnector/earthing switch “Live Cable” LED Indicators thru Capacitor Voltage Dividers mounted on the bushings. Supply of Electricals Bushing of 36kV of offered SF6 Insulated SWG with suitable O-Rings - 3Nos (1set) in spare (Mandatory) for replacement at site. Final commissioning should be done in supervision of SWG OEM only.

Supply, Fixing and termination of Indoor 36kV Screen Connectors suitable for 3kV XLPE cable upto 1RX3CX400Sqmm ,as per recommended make of 36kV Sf6 Insulated SWG supplier. Screen Connectors should be terminated in 36kV CSG by "certified jointer" only duly certified by SWG Manufacturer or supplier of Screen Connector.

Material & Labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode size 600x600x3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including copper strip 20x3 mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper/brass material and GI pipe light grade 25mm bore dia for protection of earth lead strip and 40mm bore dia GI pipe light grade for watering funnel with wire mesh. CI cover with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. NOTE: The unit rate includes for protection pipe and Copper strip from top of earth plate upto 5.00 meter above ground level

Supply, laying & testing cable 33000 Volts (E) XLPE insulated with Stranded Compact Circular Aluminium Conductor, Conductor Screen With Extruded Semi Conducting Compound, XLPE Insulated, Insulation Screening with extruded Semi Conducting Compound in combination with Copper Tape, cores laid up, innersheath of PVC tape, galvanised flat steel strip armoured and overall PVC Sheathed Cable conforming to IS 7098 / (PART-II) 1985 with latest amendments of size 1 core 185 sq mm complete all as specidied and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 33 KV grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for single core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 185 sqmm complete all as specidied and as directed.

Material & Labour for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated including taking down old complete all as specidied and as directed.

Material & Labour for ACSR conductor of suitable size including taking down old complete all as specidied and as directed.

Supply and fix lightning arrestor HT 33 KV 10 KA station class complete all as specidied and as directed.

Material & Labour for 32 x 6 mm copper strip including connection from earthing in continuation to end point complete all as specidied and as directed.

Material & Labour for 100 mm bore GI tubing light grade ISI marked for protection of cable including necessary joint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 3 mm thick for voltage upto 33 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specidied and as directed.

Material & Labour for brickwork in Cement Mortar (1:4) using sub class B bricks, old size straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 Mtr mean radius, for construction of cable duct including cover complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) rendering on fair face of brick work finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.
