SITC of IP based Public Address Sound Management System with dedicated hot standby (1+1) Network controller , Digital Audio and Control for simultaneous multi Audio channel, Pre-recorded or manual announcement broadcast, Built in Supervision and monitoring for Amplifier, loudspeaker line circuit and Microphone station, Alarm Input and Output for interfacing with existing external Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control or other Alarm Input, System shall have Support for multi-channel Digital Audio Inputs from Call station, multi-level of priority, support several type chime/tones/ emergency tones, the systems should allow PC based controlling to the network controller and programming. The systems shall have open interface for interfacing other services such as Fire and FID with Building Integrated service software and POE enabled L-2 Switch if required. The Text to Speech Hardware for making announcements in different languages should also be included.

SITC of PC Control GUI Software along with Desktop PC of Intel Core i7, 8GB RAM, 500 GB HDD, DVD RW, 19" LED, Mouse, Keyboard or higher configuration for complete administration of PA system, programming and monitoring of Controller, Amplifiers, Call station, zone setting, priority etc..

SITC of rack-mountable hard disk/PC (as per specifications) based Music player capable of playback of common digital media like MP3 / MP4 / WMA / AVI / WMV / Div X etc., with minimum 500GB hard disk, with full function for facilities like skip / shuffle / repeat as per specification.

SITC of Equipment Rack for housing Central Controller, Amplifiers and Music Source, consisting of mains panel as per specifications.

SITC of Digital Car Call console with wall mounted housing and flush mounted microphone for Car Call announcement.

SITC of Power Amplifier (Separate amplifier for every Zone should be considered), minimum duel channel, 2x240 W / 1X500 W / More wattage , Class D amplification with built in DSP with min. 2 channel AVC (Automatic Volume Control) per amplifier, for areas where AVC feature is required as per technical specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge Automatic Changeover to standby Amplifier in case of failure, Front LCD/LED display for status/error display, headphone socket for audio monitoring., 100 V Outputs, Digital Audio Inputs via CAT / Fibre Cable (for interconnection and looping between amplifiers)

SITC of Ceiling/box/column/ active/passive array or any other Speakers for Zone 2: Check-in, pre security, to meet the target parameters such as SPL, STI, frequency response, D/R ratio etc. (SS pole to be considered in triple height area of terminal building).

SITC of Ceiling/box/column/ active/passive array or any other Speakers for Zone 3: Bus Lounge, baggage make up area, Security Hold Area, Child Care Room & Smoking Room with volume control facility to meet the target parameters such as SPL, STI, frequency response, D/R ratio etc.(SS pole to be considered in triple height area of terminal building).

SITC of Ceiling/box/column/ active/passive line array or any other Speakers for Zone 4: Departure V.I.P Lounge, Cafeteria, Airport Manager Office, Child-care room, M.I. Room, Fire Control Room, Restaurant and offices, with Volume control facility to meet the target parameters such as SPL, STI, frequency response, D/R ratio etc. (SS pole to be considered in triple height area of terminal building).

SITC of Ceiling/box/column/ active/passive array or any other Speakers for Zone 5: Arrival Passenger concourse, V.I.P. lounge, City side Curb area, Baggage Break Down, Baggage Claim Area & offices etc. to meet the target parameters such as SPL, STI, frequency response, D/R ratio etc. Volume control facility to be provided at V.I.P. Lounge & Offices. (SS pole to be considered in triple height area of terminal building).

SITC of weather proof metallic/horn or any other Speakers for Zone 6: Car calling / parking area, as per the specifications.

SITC of Omni direction Noise sensing Microphone in suitable housing as per design requirement and specifications.

SITC of Redundant (1+1) not less than 10 KVA Online UPS with SMF batteries, 30 minutes of batteries backup with each UPS.

Supply and laying of 1.5 sq.mm. multistrand PVC sheathed Two Core Twin Twisted Speaker Cable in existing conduit / floor channel as per specifications

Supply and laying of PVC sheathed 0.75 sq.mm. multistrand Two Core shielded microphone cable in existing conduits / floor channel as per specifications

Supply and laying of Fibre Optic Network cable with connectors and splicing etc. as per specifications. .

Supply and laying of Armoured 0.75 sq.mm. multistrand, Two Pair Twin Twisted Speaker Cable for laying on wall/ underground laying in existing HDPE Pipe/Hume Pipe/ GI Conduit/ raceways/ trays as per specifications.

Supply and laying of UTP CAT 6 data cable in existing conduit/pipe on surface/ recess/ concealed,/ raceways/ trays with connectors, termination etc. required as per specifications

Supply and laying of 3 core 1.5 sq. mm PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor power cable in existing conduit/pipe on surface/recess/concealed / raceways/ trays including termination etc. required as per specifications

Supply and laying of 80 mm dia GI Pipe (Class B) with all accessories on surface / recess / concealed as per specifications and preferred makes.

Supply & installation of 5 Mtrs. GI Pole (Class B) of 65 mm dia for mounting of Car call Horn speakers including all accessories and making foundation of reinforced cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including excavation and refilling, including positioning of template & foundations bolts (supplied with pole to match with pole base plate) complete as required and as specified
