Earth work in excavation of hard soil and gravels mixed with stone and boulder not exceeding 0.014 cum. In volume within 50 m. initial lead and1.5 m. initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7cm and laying in layer not exceeding 0.3 m.in depth and as per specification approved by the department including all costs of labour,sundries, tools & plants required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in foundation and Plinth with sand well watered and rammed & dressed & level to proper gradient including all cost, conveyance, royality taxes of all materials, labour, T & P required for the work etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 4 cm. size crusher broken hard granite metals of approved quality including mixing with concrete mixture, lowering & laying in layers not exceeding 300 mm. in depth, ramming compacting to proper thickness, watering, curing for required period including all cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement Concrete of prop((1:2:4) 12mm size HG chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level ramming and watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance taxes and royalties of all materials with all labour with T&P required for the work etc. comtplete.

Rainforced cement concret M-20 grade using 20mm and down graded size crusher broken hard granite chips of approved quality including mixing with concrete mixture, including hoisting and laying in position & compacting with vibrateor to proper design section indlucing all the cost, conveyance, royality & taxes of all materials, labour, rigid smooth centering, shuttering and dismantling the same after 28 days of casting, watering, curing etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Fly Ash Brick Masonry in cement mortar of mix (1:6) using Fly Ash bricks of size 23cm x 11 cm x 8 cm in superstructure having crushing strength not less than 75 kg per square c.m, with cement and screened & washed sharp sand for mortar after immersing the bricks for 6 (Six) hours in water before use in works with all necessary projections, splays cuffing, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering, watering and curing etc. including cost, coveyance.stacking. loading, uriloading, royalties, all taxes cost of all labour Labour cess scaffolding, sundries and T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 16 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over brick work including racking out joints finishing smooth with proper plumb and line watering curing for seven days with cost, conveyance, royality taxes of all materials, labour, T & P required for the work etc. Complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Distempering two coats to the wall surface with any approved space over a coat of chalk wash including cost and conveyance taxes and royalties of all materials with all labour with T&P required for the work etc. compt and as per specification and direction of Engineer -in –charge.

Painting two coats with weather seal paint over a coat of primer( for new work) with any approved paint to new iron work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost conveyance and taxes of all materials labour and T&P etc compt and as per specification and direction of Engineer -in –charge.

2.5 cm thick A.S flooring in Cement Concrete.(1:2:4)using 12mm size hard granite etc complete as direceted by the Engineer in charge.

Dismentaling and removing 2.5 cm. Thick artificial stone flooring including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50 meters lead.

Dismentaling brick or stone masonry in lime or stone mortar above 3m. Height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50 m. lead.

Dismentaling & removing Door windows stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50 m. lead.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking joints 12 mm. deep and removing debries within 50 meters lead

Dismentaling G.C.I. or A.C. sheet roofing after carefully removing the bolts and nuts including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50 meters lead.

Providing fitting and fixing of MS Grill doors windows made with 12 mm square pipe bar including cost carrage and taxes etc
