Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 15 KVA Prime Duty DG Set i/c providing suitable Two wheel trolley arragement and comprising of following:
01 No. Alternator suitable for generating 12 KW/15 KVA at 415 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, 0.8 PF, 1500 RPM, Self Ventilated, Self Regulated and Self Excited with Brushless Type as required.
Multi Cylinder, 4 Stroke, water/air cooled, Natural aspirated 01 No. Diesel Engine 1500 RPM suitable for above Alternator and Complete with all accessories such as Base Frame, AVM Pads, Battery (12 Volts, suitable AH rating), All Types of Filters, Coupling, Starter, Silencer, Exhaust Piping, Speed Governing Mechanism, Compact Radiator etc. and confirming to relevant IS with up to date amendments as specified and as per OEM standard.
1 No. Integral Control/Isolator Panel comprising of DG Controller, with incoming/outgoing terminals, Indicating lamps for ON, Running etc. Instrument fuses duly wired and ferruled, with suitable MCB/MCCB etc as per OEM standard.
1 No. Integral Fuel Tank of Capacity not less than 50 Ltrs., Complete with connecting Pipes, Valves, Fuel Level Indicators etc., as specified and as required.
Customised Compact Modular Type Tested Acoustic Enclosure suitable for the above outdoor application trolly mounted DG set. The Enclosure meeting CPCB Norms, Base Frame of suitable Size Channel, provision to accommodate Batteries, provided with 1 No. CFL/LED with Fittings and Switches etc., as required.
Trolley arrangement shall be made out of 100mm channel (ISMC etc.) on four sides with two wheel (Tubeless tyre of reputed Make) and provided with Telesopic jack, fixed tow arm with hook arrangement as shown in enclosed drawing for guidance. ALL AS ABOVE 1(1.1) to (1.6)
Supply of 4C X 10 Sq.mm Multicore round PVC insulated and FR PVC Round sheathed, copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable, 1100 Volts conforming to IS:694 etc as required. (1 Coil=100 Mtrs)
