Excavation in foundations trenches in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in hard/ soft rocks, chiselling / wedgeing out of hard /soft rock including dewatering in saturated soil upto all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil / materials not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 centimetre layers when required into plinths side of foundations etc., consoildating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth within all leads and liftsas per the direction of Engineer-in -Charges.

Excavation in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres and lift upto 1.50 metres, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in Pick-Jumper work.with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding cost of centring & shuttering in foundation and plinth.with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 1½ sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in walls (any thickness but not less than 0.1m) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level)with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement. (40mm thick)

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete & plain conrete work in.

i) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings & the like. (Floors upto 200mm th.)with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge

ii) Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like. with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their support, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level.with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge

Laying mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level.with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level in:cement mortar 1:6)with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge

Providing and fixing angle Iron posts 2.50m high 50X50X5mm and welding of Wire mash of interlink chain with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge

Providing, fixing & welding of MS Flat 40 x 5 mm with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge

Applying priming coat over new steel & other metal surface after & including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt & other foreign matter & new paper complete with ready mixed paint brushing red lead/red oxide/zinc oxide chrome.with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge

Painting Two coat on angle iron and ms flat with ready mixed painting of approved brand & mfd of old work to give an even & great shade(Green shade).with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge

Providing and Fixing MS Gate with plain grill with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge

Laying & jointing in trenches galvanised mild steel tube, tube fitting complete (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including all fittings complete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge
