Taking down chowkhat or frames n. exc. 1.5 sqm each with shutter without taking off shutter from the frame complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames exc. 1.5 sqm but n. exc. 4 sqm each with shutter without taking off shutter from the frame complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc. 1 Sqm each and n. exc. 2 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc. 1 Sqm each and n. exc. 2 Sqm each and refixing in same opening, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of aluminium door / window / ventilator / partition, made out of extruded powder coated aluminium sections, with sliding or openable shutters including frame & necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, powder coated aluminium snap beading, screws etc, complete and also including powder coated aluminium fittings such as stainless steel hinges, tower bolts, hooks & eyes, peg stays and handles, concealed star lock for aluminium window, Mortice lock vertical type size 100mm 04 lever for door, rubber beading suitable for fixing 4-5mm thick glass as in aluminium window / doors including connected fittings & fixtures, with and including making good to the disturbed portion with its original specifications complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs aluminium anodised grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern(DG 104), with approved standard section and fixed to existing window frame with CP brass / stainles steel screwnot less than 50mm and @ 200mm c/c, incl cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised alu standard section ( 28mm x 19mm x 2mm thick)around the opening, complete all as per site requirement and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 50 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp ressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 200mm long and 10-15mm dia MS fasteners all as specified, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
