CWE/CHM-21/2026-27 SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT OF HQ WESTERN COMMAND BUILDING NO. P-163 AT CHANDIMANDIR MIL STN UNDER GE CHANDIMANDIR

Dismantling of existing brick tiles or terracing tiles on roof, grouted in cement mortar and removal of all debris/ surplus materials and soil etc., to a distance 2.50 km complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Mud phuska as in roofs, of any thickness, plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) with and including removal of any existing treatment upto mother slab and removal of all debries/ surplus material and soil etc., to a distance of 2.5 KM complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of PCC of any description and in any position including roof padding and removal of all debris/ surplus material etc., to a distance of 2.5 KM complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for Srl item No. 2 & 3: 1. The roof surface shall be cleaned thoroughly to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and site shall be handed over to the applicator agency for execution of the roof treatment work.

M&L for PCC M-15 (Design Mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in padding on roofs, terraces, sunken and similar works, laid in slopes as required at site including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: PCC shall be produced by the Ready-Mix concrete (RMC) plant to be approved by GE. Also refer Notes at the start of this schedule.

M&L for forming contraction (Dummy) joints, 30 mm deep x 8 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls & ceilings etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including mixing with WPC and finishing the surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., including disposal of rubbish not exceeding 1.5 km complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
