Supply, erection of 12 Metre Minimast with 6 Nos. 200W LED Fitting with following specification.

1.Supply and delivery of 12 Meter High Mast System fabricating with totally hot dip galvanized special steel plates suitable for 50 mtrs / sec wind velocity, fixing Head frame with canopy, movable lantern carriage. Three double drum winch, Hoisting ropes, double run of flexible multicore power tinned copper cable capable of 1.1KV grade. velocity of wind withstanding as specified in the relevant ISS and with Automatic switch ON and Switch OFF and arrangement should be made only 30% of lights glowing at mid-night of the Mast at a pre set time etc complete - 1 No

2. Supply, delivery of 200W LED Flood Light Lumens minimum 100 / watt, input voltage: 90-270V AC, Power consumption: 200 w, power factor: not less than 0.9, optics: Toughened glass. 200 watts LED flood light an energy efficient luminary for all types of roads/highways integrated with IP 66 Standard. The fitting should having operating voltage of 240V, 50Hz at normal IS standard electrical connection. LM 79 and 80 Certified LED Chips are used to ensure high performance. Housing should be made up of Pressure die-cast Aluminium Metal core PCB, This breakthrough design in built to facilitate ultra-cool performance through 360° Deg natural air draught. 3. Supply of twin dome aviation obstruction lights of type BJAOL 2 with nos, incandescent lamps (1 fitting per mast is necessary if no taller structure are in near vicinity) 1 No

4. Supply of control panel suitable control circuit for the operation of the mast. It shall also consist of suitable control for the power tool motor, up down contactor with Inter Lock mechanism, Dual electro mechanical timer pre settable 10 minutes per segment with 32 A 4 pole contactor 2 No's with Enclosure 1 No

5. Design and casting of suitable shallow foundation with M15 RCC concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sq.mtr. At 1.5 meter depth design as per standard. 1 No

6. Erection and Commissioning of 16 Mtr high mast with the help of suitable equipment's 1 No

7. Fixing Flood Light luminaries in the mast 6 No

8. Supply and fixing of lightning arrestor at the top of the high mast with continuous G.I earth connection from the mast to ground 1 No

9. G.I. Pipe earthing station as per the ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.1mtr 'B' class Gl pipe of dia not less than 40mm, with copper earth plate of size 125mm X 50mm X 6mm with necessary funnelling arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 30mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry. (2 per mast is mandatory, 1 for lighting and 1 for electrical) (PWD SD 233) 1 No

10. Erection of Feeder Pillar with mass concreting mounting of the suitable ms frame as directed by the department officers 1 No

Supply and fixing of Single phase service connection EB Meter box of size 15"x14"x9" with single compartment made up of 16SWG powder coated vermin proof metal sheet with clamps suitable for EB RCC pole suitable for single phase EB service connection. The meter box fixed with 12mm wooden board fixed with one number of 63 Amps porceline fuse unit Inter connection with 7/20Amps PVC insulated copper wire with one number of neutral link. The meter box should be provided with glass in front side. Fixing of the meter box should be made PWD earthing. The rate includes dismantling of existing meter box and fixing new meter box, EB energy meter and accessories and termination of wires.
