Charpoy GI Pipe (FD-220) (1980x900x440 mm) Supply & fixing of new 32 mm dia GI pipe medium grade ISI marked for long rail 1884 mm long both ends threaded complete all as specified & directed and as shown on drg including removing old unserviceable long rail from GI charpoy without disturbing the adjoining parts.

Fixing only short rail 804 mm long (using material obtained from the Sl Item No. 1) by threading both ends including removing of existing unserviceable short rail complete all as specified & directed and as shown on drg.

Fixing only leg 392 mm long made out of material obtained from Sl item No. 1 or 2 by suitable threading and providing MS sheet of 3 mm thick 50 mm dia cut to size made to shape and welded to bottom of GI leg and providing two Nos Mild steel clamp made out of 25 mm x 3 mm flat iron by means of welding to leg including removal of existing unserviceable leg complete all as specified & directed and as shown on drg.

S & F GI elbow 32 mm dia 3 way medium gde (ISI marked) for charpoy GI pipe including removal of exisiting unserviceable GI elbow 32 mm dia 3 way complete all as specified & directed and as shown on drg.

S & F GI check Nut 32 mm dia medium grade 6 mm thick (ISI marked) suitable for charpoy GI pipe including removal of exisiting unserviceable GI check Nut 32 mm dia complete all as specified & directed and as shown on drg.

Removing the existing unserviceable Nylon Newar from GI Charpoy and tighting of the frame of GI Charpoy and S&F 12 mm thick plywood commercial 7 ply BWR exterior grade ISI marked (confirming to IS 303) of size 1980 mm x 900 mm and rounded on all four corners, fixed with GI bolts & nuts 6 mm dia 75 mm long with washers 3 mm thick duly drilled 10 holes per GI Charpoy (03 each on both long rails and 2 Nos each on both short rails) and fixing complete including provision of stiffners 900mm long 02 Nos out of flat Iron 40 x 6 mm between long rails at 660 mm from each short rail by welding. The welded portion shall be made smooth by grinding and applying two coat of enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer for entire flat Iron complete all as specified & directed and as shown on drg.

Removing the existing unserviceable 12mm thick plywood and tighting of the frame of GI Charpoy and S&F New 12 mm thick plywood commercial 7 ply BWR exterior grade ISI marked (confirming to IS 303) of size 1980 mm x 900 mm and rounded on all four corners, fixed with 10 Nos GI bolts & nuts 6 mm dia 75 mm long with washers 3 mm thick duly drilled 10 holes per GI Charpoy (03 each on both long rails and 2 Nos each on both short rails) and fixing complete all as specified & directed and as shown on drg.
