2.1.3) Average annual turnover of the bidder during the last three financial years should be at least 30% of the advertised tender value.

2.1.1) The Bidder or its OEM {themselves or through re-seller(s)} should have supplied and installed/commissioned same or similar Category Products i.e. IT/Parcel Management System equipment such as Barcode Printers, Hand Held Terminals, Thin Clients, Electronic Weighing Machines, to any Zonal Railway/Government Department/ PSU/Autonomous Body. 2.1.2) Technical Eligibility Criteria: (a) The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. 2.1.4) Bidder should be OEM or Authorized Dealer and bids shall be submitted with valid OEM authorization certificate must be submitted for the quoted make of each and every equipment i.e. a) Hand-Held Scanners, b) Hand Held Mini Printers, c) Thin client (01 set - Thin client, Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse), d) Barcode Printers, e)Dot Matrix Printers (09 Pin 136 column), f) Electronic Weighing Machine - 1000 kg, g) UPS 1 KVA, h) Lan Extender, i) L2 Switch -24 ports 2.1.5) Equipment offered must be compatible with CRIS Parcel Management System (PMS) and should support the existing railway software environment. The bidder should be a System Integrator (SI). The equipment supplied shall be integrated with the existing Parcel Management System of Indian Railways. A self-declaration for the same should be given by Bidder's authorized signatory as per Annexure - A. 2.1.6) Copies of relevant contracts (proving supply of cumulative order quantity in any one financial year) to be submitted along with bid in support of quantity supplied in the relevant financial year. In case of bunch bids, the category related to the primary product having highest bid value should meet this criterion. For this bidder should submit Purchase Order copy along with installation and commissioning report by consignee and inspection copy by RITES/Third Party. Failure to submit above documents will be considered that the firm does not have the required experience and offers are liable to be rejected as per tabulated sheet shown in Annexure - B. 2.1.7) The bidder & OEMs of the equipment should not be blacklisted at the time of bidding by any Agency of Government of India/PSU. A declaration for the same should be given by the bidder's/OEM's authorized signatory on their letter head as per Annexure - C.
