Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete including fittings & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators etc and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Light fittings shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red , Black and Green for single phase circuits),with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sq mm nominal cross-sectional area , single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No.in and including medium grade, PVC casing caping and accessories on wall/roof/floor etc, (ISI marked) with mild steel/pressed steel sunken box (with earth dolly) duly painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint/aiuminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer internally. and two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally,covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for fixing of switches, socket and fan regulators etc, inciuding PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sq mm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth duly completed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge for the following .

Material and labour point wiring alongwith earth continuity conductor with 1100 volts grade PVC insulated FR multistranded copper conductor cable 2.5 sqmm (Phase - Red, Neutral - Black, Earth - Green) FRLS grade dwawn in and including PVC casing and caping not less than 20mm size and fixing accessories and sunken galvanized pressed steel terminal boxes of thickness not less than 1.12 mm covered with 2.80 mm thick phenolic laminated white sheet cover for one 15 amp socket outlet controlled by one switch on independent board incl 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor earth wire and connected to common earth dolly on independent board.

Taking down existing earthing and M&L for new Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 5 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanized iron 15 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of strata, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc complete all as directed. (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part-I. ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5M GI pipe for protection of earth wire. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iii) Item includes cost of 7.5 M earth lead wire. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iv) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate.

S&F in repair service connection of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathed of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core multistandard cable flat or circular of 6 Sqmm 2 core including taking down old service cable complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L in repair submain wiring with approved colour code/as per IS (Red, black & green for single phase) circuit with two single core PVC insulated cable with multistranded copper coductor of nominal cross sectional area of 6.0 Sq mm (FRLS) in PVC casing & capping non metallic including one run of PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor nominal cross section area of 4 Sq mm (FRLS) of continuous earth wire green in colour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (NOTE: Two runs of 6.0 sqmm cable & One run of 4 sqmm cable and One run of PVC casing & capping shall be paid as one unit length.)

Taking down old unserviceable LT cable, supply and Laying in trenches/through pipes/ducts or on poles/walls jointing to O/H conductor, LT panels, main switch with cable size aluminum lugs and testing. XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cables with aluminum conductor, 1100 volt grade, all as specified directed by Engineer In charge of cross sectional area of 10 Sqmm 2 core

S & F in repair box type fitting 1x 16w, blue coloured end caps, prewired for LED tube including LED tube 16 watts, including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer- in Charge.”. Make: Cromton Greaves Cat part no for Fitting DMLN1LT8-16 and for LED tube LTT8-16 or Equivalent make of Havells/Philips.

S & F in repair recessed mounting LED Square downlighter luminaire with die cast aluminium housing 15 watts incl provn of three core cable size 1.5 Sq.mm from ceiling rose to fitting with all accessories and all as specified and directed by Engineerin Charge Make- Crompton greaves Limited LSDN-15-CDL/TL/WW or Equivalent make of Havells/Philips.

Dismantling carefully for taking down and removing old copper wire winding of ceiling fans of size 48” sweep of any make and rewinding with New super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge as per old copper winding including providing insulation be varnishing (Golden), Cleaning, Oiling, Greasing, nut, bolt capacitor stand etc and refixing all the parts complete and Painting of ceiling fans of any size complete incl blades, with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after celaning all dust etc. testing in E/M Store yard and fixing, hanging complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 40 here in before but Exhaust Fans of size 15”/16”/18" Sweep – ditto-

Taking down from existing position/location including disconnecting/ dismantling carefully of ceiling fans of 48” size cleaning, oiling, Greasing,nut, bolt capacitor stand etc and refixing all the parts and hanging , Painting of ceiling fans of any size complete incl blades, with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after celaning all dust etc. testing complete all as specified & directed by EIC. NOTE:-(i) The super enamelled winding wire is to provided shall be any one make of Devidayal/USHA/Chetak of appropriate gauge as directed by EIC. (ii) Any Un-serviceable parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) Ceiling Fans/Exhaust Fans for rewinding complete repair item etc shall be done E/M yard , No Extra payment shall be made on this account.
