Dismantling the pressed tiles and weathering course from the roof of building including cost of labour, dismantling tools & equipments and removing the debries from the site and dumping the debries to the nearby low laying area, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling Asbestos Cement Sheet roofing (AC Sheet) incliding ridges, hips, velleys, gutters, etc., and stacking the serviceable materials and dispostal of unserviceable materials within a lead of 100 m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of weathering course with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) including all materials, labour, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and fixing Precoated metal sheet 0.45mm for Roofing with hot dipped galvanised prepainted steel sheet for roof of make TATA or equivalent including cost of metal sheet, conveyance, fixing the sheet with necessary clamps / screws and labour charges for fixing sheet etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earthwork excavation in trenches for foundation in sand and other loose soils not exceeding 1.50m in width and including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom lift upto 1.50m including getting out of the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m and lift of 1.50m, cost including shuttering, strutting, bailing out seepage of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One part of cement, 3 parts of M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & 6 Parts of 40 mm nominal size metal ) for foundation using 40 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Filling basement with available excavated earth in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc., in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating and watering etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) using chamber burnt bricks for walls in all floors up to floor two level of the building including cost of all materials, labour, curing etc.,complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and a half parts of M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & Three Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 2 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) using 20 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., and excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement grills for all RCC works in all floors upto full height of the building etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabrication and fixing of GI Pipe Gate of Size 4m x 1.80m (Two leaf) using 65mm dia. GI Pipe "B" Class outer alround, Vertical 40mm dia. GI Pipe with 5 inch centre to centre spacing and 5mm tk. MS Plate of size 0.90m x 0.90m both sides - 4 Nos. for fixing Port Emblem with Vinyl Sticker. The cost including all materials, labour charges, fabrication charges, Clamp & Locking arrangements including one coat primer and two coats of Synthetic enamel paint, conveyance and fixing charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officer.

Providing and fixing granite slabs (jet black) of 20mm thick (super fine polished with nosing edges) on the steps area of building, in between urinals and wherever required in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)). The rate inclusive of costof granite slab, chemical component, white cement, labour charges & conveyance etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying approved quality of Cuddapah stone of size 25mm thick over the brick wall and wherever required in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)). The rate inclusive of cost of Cuddapah slab, all materials, labour charges & conveyance etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 (Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) (One cement, three Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Attending the repairs works in the existing door, window and ventilator with frame and shutters of various size at Residential Quarters using the available wooden planks / scantlings which will be issued by the department and same may be re-fixed at the original position. The cost inclusive of removing and re-fixing the existing door/window/ventilator with required fixtures, labour, tools & plants etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position wooden window of various size in all floor with kongu wooden panelled shutters including cost of hold fasts and applying one coat of wood primer of approved quality and including cost and fixing of first quality ISI standard furniture fittings with screws / bolt & nut, the rate shall include cost of wood, labour for wrought and putup, furniture fittings, primer etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing M.S.Round or Square bars with M.S. Flats at required spacings in wooden frames of windows and clerestory windows in all floors including cost of M.S. Round or Square bars, M.S. Flats and labour for finishing and applying one coat ofready mixed red oxide primer of approved quality etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick plain glazed door (Double leaf / Single leaf) including cost of Floor spring 2 Nos., Ornamental handles 2 Nos., Locking arrangements including all labour, materials, all fixtures required etc., complete and as directed bythe departmental officers.

Supplying and laying in trenches 110 mm dia. PVC inflow pipe line 6 Kg./CM2 with necessary pipe specials such as elbow, tee, union joint etc., and the joints being tightened including threading cost of pipe, specials etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing the Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) of 3.25mm thickness for Ornamental Elevation with #3M# brand two way tape and 1.2mm thick Aluminium channels /box section of size 50 x 20mm with weight not less than 2 kg. / 12 ft. to fix the ACP, fixed rigidly with the existing wall using suitable fasteners and neatly finishing the joints with DOW corning all weather sealant grade -789 including finishing the sharp edges etc., complete as per the approved design etc., complete and as directed bythe departmental officers.

Providing and fixing of Anodized Aluminium Window / Ventilator of various size (manufactured to relevant IS Specification) of 37.5 x 37.5mm Vertical and Window bottom rails using 67.5 x 37.5mm including providing 5.5 mm thick glass superior quality for panel with necessary accessories like snap on beading (clips), cleat angles, fully threaded 75mm long metal screws, wooden plugs & metal screws etc., wherever required, all as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, scaffolding, transport, fuel, etc., complete. Applying One coat of Alkali Resistant Primer and Two coats of APEX - Exterior Emulsion Paint of approved colour and quality over the New wall surface in all floors to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Applying one coat of Synthetic Enamel paint (excluding priming coat) on previously painted wood and wood based surfaces interior to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and including cost of Synthetic Enamel Paint and labour charges etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the steel surfaces with One coat of Synthetic enamal paint of approved quality (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint, brushing, interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including all materials, labour, brushes, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Applying TWO Coats Varnishing (excluding priming coat) on previously varnished wood and wood based surfaces to given an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and sand papering so as to produce a smooth, dry and matt surface. Thecost including preparing the surface, all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing, Supplying and Laying factory made Chamfered edge Cement Concrete 60mm thick Paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern of required strength, thickness & size / shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & patten over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver block to the required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand etc., including all materials, labour, tools & plants, conveyance etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm X 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 X 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSMand 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. adiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers.
