Cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts/angle of cooler stand and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 using not exceed half brick walls depth of embedded portion of holdfast or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into walls, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.
Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping/packing around chequered tiles/interlocking tiles/PCC jalli/chowkhat/holdfast blocks/pressed steel door frame & similar work etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply & fixing factory made plain framed panelled shutters (two panels as approved), 35mm thick of 2nd class hard wood with lock rail and panel inserts of 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rails and styles as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401, including 2nd class soft wood kail beading 20mm wide tapering from 10mm to 5mm on one side and also fitted to chowkhat complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note : - (i) The sutters shall be brought at site without primer and same shall be applying at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. After completion the building repair work refixing /hanging the ceiling fan as directed including electric connection with and including new flexible copper wire from ceiling rose/connector to fan connector, new nut bolts and split pins etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for concealed sub main wiring with 6 Sqmm single core (Two run) FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit 20mm dia (medium quality ISI marked), on independent circuit from DB and including one run 6 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multi strand copper conductor continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc. including all fitting arrangement i.e. PVC clamp, rawl plug, screw, terminal/junction box, tee, bend etc. and including cutting of chases in wall, and making good disturbed surfaces of walls as per original complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Three run of 6 sqmm copper wire and one run conduit shall be measured as one RM length for payment.
Supply and fixing in provision exhaust fan 300 mm sweep (BEE, 5 star rated) with louvres, 230V, single phase AC supply, hanging on wall with 4 Nos steel fastners 10mm dia 100mm long and making good the disturbed surface as per existing surfaces, and connection to fan with suitable flexible twin core round copper wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make - Usha / Bajaj / Khaitan / Orient / Crompton / Polar Note :- (i) Srl Number of exhaust fan and 'GE North BTD' shall also be writing on fan with red colour permanent marker, cost for the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate, nothing shall be paid extra on this account, Srl number will be issued by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Exhaust fan installed/hanging at site as directed by Engineer-in-charge (from market to AGE E/M store/AGE E/M store to sites /Location, all conditions will be the responsibility of contractor and nothing extra will be admissible on this account. (iii) Old rusted and outdated ceiling fans deposited to MES store.
Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6.3mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including earth continuity GI wire 4 mm (upto test point from earth plate i.e. 7.5m min) by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and including protected by 15mm dia GI light grade protection pipe from earth plate to test point, including making of test point. Earth plate shall be surrounded by packed layer of char coal/coke & salt all around bottom and top with alternative layer. 20mm GI light grade pipe for watering (should be 10cm above GL) and including socket, plug, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover and (including steel for cover) PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary form work, excavation & earth work, all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR (Part – I) including taking out/dismantling old unserviceable earthing system complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.
