Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep for taking out / laying of under ground cable,pole or stay and getting out in soft soil strata including making good to the disbturbed surfaces such as hardstanding, footpath / pavments etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and lay for dry river sand filling for cable protection with a layer of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Punned thickness shall be measured).

Supply and lay in trenches brick, common burnt in clay, building brick, sub class 'B' designation 75 for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated soils not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cms spread in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, laying, fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning in replacement of LT under ground cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductor,1100 Volts of size 16 Sqmm 4 core complete laid in trenches/on wall/poles laid in ducts/inside protection pipe including cable glands,lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceilings / walls without cable duct) complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for parallel boring under roads with conventional method without disturbing the top surface of the road for passing of cable protection pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of erected steel tubular swaged poles of LT over head line ( Except embedded portion), 8.5/9 M long complete including all MS work mounted on pole , earth protection & water pipe ( if exists) with two coat of aluminium paint after necessary preparation and numbering of poles with white synthetic enamel paint on black back ground complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and installation in replacement of steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9 Mtr long) complete with CI base plate and finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws including taking out old complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Excavation, Earth & PCC work will be measured & paid separetely. (ii) All other accessories and work deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of pole/ stay/ angle/ pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type C2 using 20mm graded for pedestal coping including necessary form work finished fair using extra complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of pole/ stay/ angle/ pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed, copper conductor industrial cable 1.5 sqmm, three core of copper conductor for connection of street light/Flood light / post top lanterns/garden lights etc. fittings on pole / wall / pillar from over head conductor / junction box / DB including termination clip etc complete in all respect including through GI tubing of size 15mm/20mm dia or all as specified or directed.

Disconnecting and taking down carefully defective self starter of 24 volt capacity of 140 KVA DG Sets duly disconnecting all electrical cable connections and mechanical supports, transport the same to civil authorised work shop and dismantling and opening into parts of self starter for assess the defects and damaged parts and rectifying the defects by changing the defective spares including testing the same after replacement of defective spares and bring back the self starter from workshop to site and re-install the same to its original position and reconnecting all connections and mechanical supports etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix battery brass terminals set of two with copper cable of 10 Sqmm single core with 1.5 m length complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for dismantaling the unserviceable radiator for DG set of capacity metion in below from engine, transportation to the workshop of contractor or repair at site, repair the tank /storage portion incl necessary welding & making leak proof of the tank, cleaning the complete radiator with chemical agent and assembling the radiator including replacement of all old rusted MS nuts, bolts washers & gasket sets including refixing and testing complete for the following sets :-

M & L for dismantling turbocharger assembly from the DG set of capacity mention in below from engine, transportation to work shop for repair or repair at site if possible, cleaning and carrying out inspection of each components/spares segregation of serviceable spares for reuse including decarburizing machine, cutting, grinding polishing etc. and re-assembling the Turbocharger complete for the following DG sets all as specified and directed:-

M & L for Taking out exhaust silencer box and pipe from the DG set, decarburizing and cleaning the silencer box including replacement of nut, bolts, washers clamp/bracket and refixing and wraping with asbestos rope and powder. (Note:- Unit rate consist of Asbestos rope and powder) complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Dismantling of injector assembly of the DG set from engine for repair, cleaning and overhauling of the same with necessary calibration including replacement of necessary repair item as required for DG sets of capacity 15/20/25/140 KVA complete all as specified and directed.
