Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of excavated earth up to 1 m from cutting edge: All kinds of soil :

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shattering. All works upto plinth level with 1:2:4 mix (1 cement, 2 cores and 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). For base and vertical posts.

Providing Structural steel in built up sections ,trusses and framed work, including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete welded members for extension of office and fabrication of gantry and allied structures requirement. The quantity of the steel members like MS plates ,ISMC , ISA , Square bars , railing pipe ,MS pipes, angles, tubes being used may vary as per site requirement and are conditional to civil structure existing at site.

Providing / fixing 24 gauges CGI colour coated laminated sheets of class IIIrd with G.I. Nuts, bolts, limp set washers etc. over the truss as roof. complete

Fabrication / providing / fitting of 12 meters of colour coated 8 inch 24 gauge GI prefabricated side morkhas for gabble area sides

Providing / fitting of 12mm thick plywood on the walls and below roof for the extended room, including cost on account of counter bored fixing of drilled nuts / screws/ Popular wooden pieces by skilled worker to make the surfaces even for fixing of paneling there off.

Providing and fixing of aluminum work for veranda, windows, ventilators, Doors, file racks and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required diameter and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket, mosquito meshing, 18 mm teak wood shelves as per site requirement etc. Aluminum sections should be smooth, rust free, straight and jointed mechanically where ever required including cleat angle, aluminum snap beading for 5mm glazing/paneling, C.P. brass/stainless steel screws, door/window handles, locks, glazing, paneling board 12mm all complete. For fixed portion-Anodized aluminum(anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, minimum anode coating of grade AC15)
