Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :

1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :

Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Dismantling of 6 M high RTP with its stay and carrying the dismantaled steel section of RTP from roof top to ground level of building by taking all precautions against damage, accident, obtaining necessary insurance against all risk etc. complete as per direction of E-I-C. (Cost for One Pole with its stay)

Transportation of 6.00Mt height roof top pole with its stay from Microwave Building, Berhampur to any assigned place within the locality i/c loading and unloading etc complete as per direction of E.I.C. (Cost for 3 pole with its stay )

Labour charges for lifting/carrying the steel section for 6.00 Mtr height RTP from ground level to the roof top of building up to any floor level all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (rate for one pole with its stay)

P/F high tensile steel fasteners of FISCHER made including power drilling in RCC or masonry with holes of required dia. and depth and grouting with "Lockfix" grout of Fosroc chemical or equivalent make of approved quality for erection of poles on the terrace etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fasteners of size RGM 20mm dia.x 260 mm length threaded rod.

Fasteners of size RGM 16mm dia.x 165 mm length threaded rod.

Providing and fixing bolts, nuts, washer set complete.

Labour charge for Errection of 6 M high RTP (Pole to be supplied by Dept.) including sortring, assembling, lifting, fitting and fixing in position the fabricated members with the help of bolts, nuts, washer as directed. Pole shall be keeping the verticality of the errected tower on all sides within + 25mm (i.e. the bottom of the line joining the centre of the top of the tower and the centre of the base of the tower is within + 25mm from the centre of the base of the tower) taking all precautions against damage, accident, obtaining necessary insurance against all risk etc. complete as per drawing and direction of E-I-C.

Providing & earthing with GI earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and 25 mm dia meter G.I. watering pipe of 3.00 meter long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm GI strip in 40 mm dia GI pipe from earth electrod including connection with GI nut, bolt, spring, washer , excavation and re-filling etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connection etc. for earthing as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing LED aviation obstruction lamp with auto timer for on and off arrangements of saraj, binay, Avaids or equivalent on the top of the tower with light dependent resistance sensor (day and night automatic timer) switch with necessary MCB switches, armoured cables clamps etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing copper spike type lightening arrester made of 10mm OD copper with 10mm ISRO bar copper fitted to 120 degree rod size 5mm with necessary fixtures at the top of tower , copper cable of required diameter . The spike shall be instulated from tower by teflon materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of Roof top pole of height 6 Mtr from top to bottom including bracings,platforms, landings,ladder, guard rails ,runway etc. with superior quality weather resistant LUXOL high-gloss synthetic enamel paint or equivalent (two or more coats) in international orange and white shade approved brand and manufacture in equal alternate layer to give an even shade including base coats of Zinc chromate primer or equivalent primer of approved brand and manufacture i/c scaffolding and taking all necessary precaution to protect the human life, life insurance coverage of labour etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
